Poor customer service. Never pick up phone calls. Went there couple weeks ago. Looking for an item which was found available on their website. The staff in front of the counter didn't even check their stock list and said he think they probably doesn't have that item and don't even want to check for it.

Competitive prices and there staff give excellent advice. They are one of the best Computer hardware stores in Perth. There website is always kept up to date.

Probably the cheapest place to get computer parts in the state. If not for the lack of store warranty on some items.

cheap cheaper and the cheapest computer shop ever, they even have a shop in Perth. Do your research before you go, so you know what you want. They have wide range of products. They always busy with lines in the shop

always get my stuff here. They have the knwledge, prices and products but yes, the service is almost famously bad. Just very disoganised feeling but there may be method to their madness.

Cheapest technology prices in town, if you're upgrading building or buying a computer or parts MSY is the place to go.... IF you know exactly what you want and how to use it. Don't expect good service from MSY, you can't browse through stock as you would at Harvey Norman or JB... but as long as you know what you're after this is the place to buy it.

About you expect , you have to queue but the price have fallen well below the floor. We all go there on regular basis preferably not at 6pm. Hot tip dealing with MSY - Take turn and get one person to buy for 5 at once or else take your notes

Approximate cost: $very cheap

Good to go in the day. Don't ask!!!! Do your homework. Look at Whirlpool.com.au for computer issues and comparisons, Amazon product forums are also helpful. Price comparisons nearly always suggest that MSY is the cheapest, often by a lot. Buy what they have rather than trying to be brand loyal.. perhaps dont buy the very cheapest of things like CD's go for the next grade up it will only be slightly dearer. Their reduced brand range is part of why they are so competitive.

Approximate cost: $cheapest

only place to go if they have what you want and you know what you want. Dont ask for help PLEASE (you might get shot by the other customers). Alternatively go during the day when the staff can be quite helpful.. they really do know their range as long as there is no queue.. they have extended hours and the prices are truly the cheapest in Melbourne. Essential resource for our business.. please support them!!!!

Approximate cost: $absolutely rock bottom

msy will save you plenty of cash if your willing to wait (or feeling lucky). not the best customer service as the staff dont speak very good english but they stock a large range of computer parts and accessories. i would suggest you do your research before you join the queue.
