Rick and his team packed and moved my 4 bedroom home within the Melbourne Metro area. All furniture etc.. arrived in the same state it left. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service.

Moved our household belongings. Turned up with a truck too small for the job and rick came out with an extra truck and an extra helper at no extra cost. That was very much appreciated as the whole thing took a lot longer than expected, but then we had more boxes than expected. Lovely bunch of blokes.

Had the daughter, s stored household furniture loaded up and delivered to her new country home.They were prompt-even phoned to advise of slight delay due to traffic, and arrived as expected 4 hrs later.They unloaded, unwrapped and placed furniture where needed with due care as I (mother) was on my own at the daughter, s house.It was a good decision and choise to use MTL Transport & Removals.

House furniture removal. Guys did a great job, nothing damaged or broken. Went the extra mile and shifted extremely large pot plants.
No bells and whistles, just hard working guys who got the job done.

The workers were very polite and helpful. However, I would say they worked a little slow at times when loading the truck, but once I said something they did improve. Cost was average when compared to others, but one thing I would say is that they had no hidden costs like fuel surcharges which others only told me about once we got into the conversations. I found Rick to be very pleasant to deal with on the phone.
