I usually pop down to My Healthy Massage for a quick one during my lunchtime whenever I feel sore on my neck, shoulders and back from working at the computer for long hours. I go for the 30mins neck, shoulders and back massage as it covers most of the areas I needed work on. I always ask for the same massage lady, Summer, a big lady with powerful strength who is really good. You can ask them to go softer or harder on certain areas to your likings. I usually take a quick short nap while I am there and I feel energised and refreshed afterwards. They have other services too like acupuncture, foot massage etc which I will try in the future. I like going to My Healthy Massage because they have 20% discount during non-peak hours such as before 11am and after 2pm. Since they are also on the list of service providers under my Private Medical Insurance with the "redemial massage" category, I can claim most of the massage fees, only forking out $5 every time I do my massage there, which is a bargain! The place is very convenient too and they open till late, highly recommended for a quick massage during lunch hour or after work!
