Once my credit card was used by unknown person, they detected it and called me up to confirm with me the peculiar transactions that were made on my credit card. I told them I didn't make those transactions but I didn't lose my credit card either. They told me someone had stolen my credit card information and used it. I'm very glad that they are vigilantly watching their customers' accounts. The unauthorised transactions were reversed and they issued me with new credit card. Very good customer service.

Every time that I have had to deal with this bank they have been nothing but wonderful. Staff are always quick at answering my enquiries.

Worst customer service ever received from banks! No follow up, no dedication, undelivered promises. Had to defer my loan settlement 3 times due to their lack of ownership of issues and till now still have not been able to finalize the loan approval.

Very friendly atmosphere here. Although the staff appears to be in a rush to get things done but yet they are courteous and polite to the customers. Well Done!

NAB does offer some good deals and happy customer service, but the one thing that lets them down is the wait time. Everytime i go in there you have to wait atleast 10 mins with maybe 2 or 3 staff members out front and all the rest running around out back. MORE STAFF NEEDED OUT FRONT - even just to get the line down and then they can go back to what their doing.

The Nab customer service is always nice and friendly. When running a business you want your answers very quickly and even though we have to go through a lot of security questions the service they provide is great.

Recently had a pre-approval done for a home loan. I dealt with Justine Crump at NAB Helensvale. She was very helpful and well informed. Great service from my local bank. I have banked with the NAB for years now and have never had bad service.

I'm sure there aren't always like this but I had a quick deposit to bank and got there while there were closing the doors at the Oakleigh branch but the lady wouldn't let me put an envelope in the slot!

I have been with the NAB for some time but after finding the staff to be so rude I have pulled everything out of this bank. My credit card was stolen and they treated me so poorly and took forever to work out what had happened. Mean while I was lumped with a maxed out stolen credit card while they played around for weeks.

Most definitely. Some staffs are extremely rude. I have felt that they really do not like their job. Very poor.
