The staff are very skilled at apple product. I used to have question about my apple id. They are very kind to explain to me in detail, give me advice what to do next, end up didn't charge me any cents.

I've bought iPod accessories here a few times, they are quick at checking out and etc., but when I needed to get my iPod serviced, they took 4 weeks once, after they said it would take 1 week, and then the next week, the screen wasn't working!!

The staff are extremely well trained and able to assist in whatever may come up, they're not pushy at all and once they've welcomed you they are more than happy to either assist you in what you're looking for or leave you to browse.

Went here to get my laptop repaired. The staff are very knowledgeable and give great advice. Ask them about any of the new products and they're happy to chat about all the benefits and features.

Friendly and informed service. Quite a busy shop but all the staff I have dealt with have been quite pleasant. Sells the mainstream items relating to Mac, but is limited in its products on offer, particularly for accessories.

I go there each time I need speakers for my car, they have good deals on speakers and other accessories. The staff know where the things, cd's and dvd's are, even the things that are not quite mainstream. Signage is well placed and stock is relatively easy to find.

Next Byte Bourke St, Melbourne sell Apple gear. They'e a nice bunch and have offered me fantastic prices on everything Mac. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Mac products
