All I want is a small stick of glue ... a glue that used to be on the shelves in Officeworks until recent months. When I got to Officeworks at Campbelltown, I was met by a teenager who was useless as to what was available, where items were in the store ... why? Because she had been there for less than 2 weeks ! Why put an inexperienced person on the door to direct people. Eventually she called someone else to ask about the glue I was looking for. Nope, none in stock. They directed me to another store where the computer showed there was some in stock. As it happened I would be driving to that suburb (Penrith) the next week. You guessed it ... none there despite the inventory showing there were 3 in stock. A check of their computer showed that the store near Liverpool had some so I called in on the way home. "Yes we always carry this". Great. But guess what? They don't now ... I can only order it on line. And when I logged in, the price of $7.98 does NOT include GST so the total cost for delivery of this item which I used to buy from Big W, Officeworks for $7.98 INCLUDING GST comes to nearly $14... or I can get it delivered to an Officeworks store and pick it up from them - some 20 mins drive. The chances are it will get lost, won't be delivered or I'll get another hopeless teenager to "help" me. Nope ... I'm done with Officeworks, I'll order it on line from E-Bay or Amazon. Retailers wonder why they are losing business ... they simply need to think about the experience they are providing customers and they should be able to figure it out ... but they don't. Pretty soon I expect that the specific glue I'm after won't be available at all ... if it is not on the shelf then people can't see it and can't buy it. Simple as that

Hadn't tried Officework Online before but decided to buy a printer through them. About $60 cheaper than other major retailers and free postage. It arrived the following day - delighted! So much easier than fighting through the traffic and trying to get a park. Will use the service again for sure.

Prices are low and competitive. Returns are usually handled professionally and without fuss. Staff can act like robots sometimes which can be frustrating, it would be great if they could string a thought together every now and again.

Mail is prompt and arrives, generally within 2 - 3 days. Once again, extremely handy for those of us who love the shop but because of distance, can't get there!

Just love shopping here . Great for stationary lovers , business supplies , the home office , and school project supplies . Fantastic prices . Can also print photos and there photocopying and printing service offer good quality at a great price. Have got some of my sons school work laminated , and have also had essays binded at a low price . Professional service although you may have to queue . Can be hard to find help on the shop floor . Overall fantastic value , huge range of products and my number one go to for stationary . Free parking .

Just ordered yet another thing from officeworks - I normally order for work - but today really needed a cartridge deal and saw the ones i wanted on ebay but went with officeworks after the price comparison and offficeworks deliver free!!! still waiting on delivery but only ordered it at 10.57am this morning YAY cant wait -need to print LOVE the ease of delivery and the quality of product. These people are fabulous fabulous fabulous! I cannot recommend them enough. Online ordering is so simplistic and delivery as far away as tamworth only takes a day or two, depending on how early in the day you get your order in. I am always checking for clearance items! Their refund policy is spectacular, no problems, instant refund if not happy and over the phone they are helpful like you wouldn't believe.

If all online businesses used this as a model, the online shopping world would sky-rocket! I'd certainly do more of it!

I use this website to purchase stationery and office supplies weekly. I find the value reasonable although not the cheapest. They do provide a great delivery service. Same day or next day depending on time you place the order. Shipping & handling is only $4.95 which isn't bad either. I have had trouble with a couple of products but Officeworks have provided replacements or refunds where required.

Through my employer, I use this store but I have not found their prices very competitive. They are very handy and they deliver very quickly. If you only want a couple of inexpensive things, the delivery fee adds a fair percentage to the overall cost.

I use this website at least twice a month. If you order before 11am you get delivery same day, after you get it the next morning. Always friendly service, highly recommend. Do find the price is not always the best, but very convenient.

Office works has a range of stationary, Office chairs everything you would need if you would like to set up a home office go to office works they are sort of cheapish but they occasionally have their sales on, that's when you should go and grab a bargain
