Old Kingdom is my favourite Peking Duck place in Melbourne. It beats all the other Peking duck places, a friends recommendation to come to try old kingdom chinese. worth the try

Crispy duck skin, just the way peking ducks should be, with quick service. Amazing food and great value for money! Service can be fast or slow just depending how busy the restaurant is.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times, and the food they served were always consistent. The peking ducks were so great and we normally had to order at least 4 ducks for 10 of us. Would definitely come back again.

Peking Duck is an incredible dish that is served amazingly at Old Kingdom. The way the duck is presented to the table, carved and served is a great experience.

I was excited when a friend suggested coming here for dinner as I had read rave reviews of their Peking Duck, sadly I was much disappointed - the duck was dry and deep fried, not at all like I have had at other Melbourne restaurants. My partner's fish dish received a rave review but I could not do the same for the duck We will be back for the fish!

Great little restaurant tucked away in Smith Street Fitzroy. The ambiance is a little dated but the food makes up for it. Their food is tasty without have that msg flavour. As other people testify their peking duck would have to be some of the best in Melbourne. And their cantonese beef is to die for.

The Peking duck here is delicious. Was $55 per duck and usually pre-ordered when you make a booking. The decor is not that nice but most people go there just to mainly to try the duck. Enjoyed eating other Chinese dishes there.

Best place for Peking duck, so far I haven't found anywhere else that serve Peking duck as tasty as theirs. But the place is quite tiny and booking is a must, and must also order the ducks in advance. Service is a bit slow and some dishes a bit pricey but we normally only go there to have the Peking duck
