Olivia removals did a packing and moving job for me and I can attest to the work they did. There were two teams who came for packing and moving respectively. The packing took time as the guys took down each item in the house and put into the boxes. Because of the good packing done the moving team who came next day were able to just load up most of the stuff quickly as they were in boxes. The work was done by both teams within the estimated time. The professional work the teams did was better than I expected.

I was looking for a good company that helps me move to my new apartment. Olivia's gave a good quote and did the move without any hitch. They ensured the items were safe and secure and I was satisfied with their work.

I used Olivia’s for my move to the suburbs from the city. The company gave me a rate based on the items I had. They gave also free cover-materials for expensive antique items I have. They team came and used the service elevator to get the items to the truck. That took time but once the items were loaded the drop off was done in an hour. The team were willing to answer all the queries I had and I appreciated that.

When my kids left the home they left a ton of their stuff behind that had to be packed when I was moving. The kids had CDs, posters, games, clothes, awards etc. that would have been hell to pack hadn't it been for Olivia's .

The kids weren't there to pack hence I decided to get outside help in this regard. Olivias were ready to pack the whole house before our move for a reasonable hourly price plus I had to pay for the materials they will use as the packing progresses. The guys came in two days with all sorts of boxes and packing materials like paper, tape and peanuts. The did a good job and I could see they were synchronised in the whole packing. I was happy with the whole experience by the end.

Strongly suggest to stay away. Turned up hours late. When I called to find out where they were, their inbound wasnt answered. They turned up at 6pm and ended up staying until 1am. They had to come back again and turned up late again. Second visit they damaged my son's bed and did not remedy. I used them before but since the management has changed their service has become non-existent. Disgusting service.

I wanted a packing job to be done that was on short-notice as the rwmovals company I hired to move my items couldn't deliver the boxes I wanted to pack. I was getting stressed out and went online and found Olivia's removals who were willing to do just the packing for me. The rates were good and but what impressed me was that they were ready to do the job the next day of booking. I was glad it worked as that meant I didn't have to reschedule my move.

I was there at my place when the two guys from the company came for the job. They had all the boxes as mentioned by the office. They packed and completed the job within 2 hours and I had to pay for the hourly pice and also for the materials used at the end. It was a good work done and I was glad it helped me out great.

The team of three men who came and packed up on the Thursday did a great job for the amount stuff we got in our big unit. The team that came the next day did a good work too.. In fact it was noticed by me , how the team were not only careful with ensuring no scratch or scuff happen to our items, but also took care to not scratch the walls as well. They were extremely professional and ensured that we didn't get stressed . There were no damage marks at all when we reviewed the place.

We would definitely use or recommend Olivia's as the experience was good for me by the end of it.

Anyways moving from a top floor apartment of a 3 floor building isn’t an easy work. Besides the difficult parking situation meant the team had to park their truck a bit away from the building. But the company sent a team of three guys who did the job well despite the tough situation we were in. They displayed professionalism and amiability throughout the whole move. They were cheaper then other quotes I received from other companies in Eastern side of the city. The drop off was easier nonetheless as we moved into a house in the suburb. Anyways the guys helped us through a move that was a bit stressful for us so I give kudos for that for a job well done. I would use them in the future definitely.

While I was moving one concern I had was what would I do with all the boxes I got once I am done moving. I didn't want to go also spend time buying boxes and wasting time on it too. Thats why I decided to look for a company who would provide reusable boxes on rent. That's when I saw Olivia's removals we're willing to provide not only the reusable boxes but also said will reduce the rental price if we also hire them to do the packing as well. They gave a good overall quote for the rental and for the service of doing the packing plus any material costs incurred. I felt this made sense as it was convenient for me. I got the guys to do the whole packing work and I was happily satisfied. The guys came with 30 boxes and ended up using only 20 and I felt that was good work done by them. All of the packing was done within 2.5 hours and I felt satisfied at the end of it. I would recommend the services I used to anyone if they want the convenience like I did.

I moved a lot around the country more times than i can count. I have seen good moving firms and I have seen bad ones. Olivia’s removals was on the good side.

The company has given me nothing but excellent, worry-free and stress-free pickup and drop-off of my items. Right from talking to the nice lady who was on the phone to the guys who worked on the move the professionalism was there. The office negotiated with me for a quote that was indeed cheaper than the other firms by 150$ roughly. Yet the service was on par with the biggest companies out there.

My buddies are moving in the coming months and I have recommended Olivia’s to them as I do believe the company will fit their needs well. The plus points in summary would be the costs, courteous conduct, amiable behaviour and absolute attention to detail with the moving.
