I would recommend this company to anyone as the guys were very professional and courteous in their way of handling customers. .I have had experience with weird and rude workers in previous moves I had.

Anyways I had around 40 boxes of packed items to move and an office room full of heavy furniture that was a major concern for me as I didn’t want the hardwood to get damaged in anyway.

I informed the office beforehand to be extra careful with the hardwood furniture and they made sure to bring in thick blankets and wrapped up the furniture in front of me so i can feel at ease. I saw them smartly handle the furniture and pack them into the truck , ensuring no small damage even occur in the 20 km drive to the new house.

We received our other goods too in a punctual manner and not one item were damaged in any minor way. My family were very happy with the level of professional experience shown and overall service delivered by the team from Olivia's.

We were very delighted that we choose these guys for our move to Werribee. We had a lot of cookware, books, and furniture to move requiring two trips from the old home to the new place. The movers were very punctual, worked in a very professional and very friendly manner. They showed up with all the tools and materials for wrapping and stacking on to their truck. Loading up both times didn’t go beyond 2 hours and the unloading was much faster as they unwrapped the items and moved the goods immediately. The weather was hot and sunny and yet they worked without any break. I did provide water nonetheless so they can keep doing their work without any hindrance. Their experience really showed in the work done. They were all very bright and smiling and quickly moved our furniture in and got us set up in our new home. I would highly recommend Kent to anyone looking a stress-free moving experience.

Good work done by Olivia removals for this packing job I had requested recently. We were looking to move the day after Anzac day as per our plan. But as it was a holiday many packing/moving firms couldn't accommodate our request for packing of items on Anzac day. I guess they couldn't manage the resources for the rate we were looking for.

We tried Olivia's and were promised a two main team on the morning so the packing can begin. The company provided the boxes, large and medium and even painting boxes, as well for a good price.

The guys came half an hour early on that day. The team observed the items to be moved and stated that the estimate provided by us was less than expected. So they had less boxes than what was needed. Anyways the guys worked to pack as much as they could with the boxes they brought. It was a big job as we had crockeries, kitchen equipment and utensils, books, dining table cutleries, wine bottles etc. They finished the job for the day and came back next day with more boxes to finish the work before the move.

Despite the hiccup with number of boxes the situation was resolved by the company as per our expectations. That's why I was happy with the work done.

"I had a standard removal work done with Olivia's and in my experience they did a fantastic job. We agreed on a quote of 92$ for a 5 ton truck for a move from St. Kilda to Kingsville.

First of all the truck arrived 15 minutes early and we agreed to start early to beat any morning peak hour traffic. The two man team were splendid and were friendly. I was surprised by how quickly the guys did the job as they finished the whole move in 2 hours. The travel time took itself more than 30 mins and the team all the job quickly and safely within that time.

The speed at which the guys did the wrapping, packing and dropping off displayed the guys were reliable and had good. experience in this stuff. Anyways the overall job was done beyond my expectation. "

The move we had planned was a big one as we had to move stuff from a 5 bed house from Caulfield to Mentone. There was quite a lot of distance to cover with many very heavy items like a huge sofa bed and hardwood cupboards. Three man came for the quote given and I was happy that they arrived on time. They meticulously checked the items to be moved and planned ahead rather than winging it. Overall they did a good job and I was satisfied by the work. Though I noticed that a third person wasn't doing enough and did loiter slowing down the move a bit. Also they forgot to bring the complimentary bubble wrap!

Anyways I am happy with the work and would give a 4 stars!
