Once again Bob saved the day! As usual downloaded the wrong thing....tried to fix it myself...made a mess. Bob was around within the hour, took the computer away and brought it back running better than new! And it was the week-end!! Could not recommend his services highly enough.

A further glitch occurred 2 days later with some corruption. Bob was back in 10 mins, working on it - no extra charge. Now all is well again, I have already recommended him to my neighbour. amazing. bob came to my house within 15 minutes of calling him, was very respectful and down to earth, articulate and intelligent. The price was great and he went above and beyond what is normally required for good customer service. He did more than what was expected for him and solved my issue and also improved my computer performance in many other areas.
