Our family recently signed up optus Cable Internet package and 2 new mobile plans. Internet connection is established after lengthy troubleshooting and arrangement. Mobile services instruction to change ownership was met with different multiple protocols from retail shop and consultants on the call centres. In all honesty, the deal was good value but the reception was horrendous throughout melbourne and my own home. Places in metropolitan like my office, shopping centers and on the road in the southeast are met with constant drop off. Too bad we have to bear with it for the next two yrs. I won't ever sign up for good value package anymore.

I shop here for mobile phone accessories. They can be a little pricey compared to other stores or stall in shopping centre isles however the quality is better which makes it worthwhile.

great value on prepaid mobile recharges and good coverage with getting a signal in most places. have been an optus customer for a fair few years now

optus is a really good phone company I have been with then for 8 years now never had a problem with the company keep up the good work cheap plans and good quality service

Service is friendly, although they can be very imposing. Not as helpful as they could be, but this differs from place to place. Generally fairly effective.

If your not going to buy something you'll be lucky to get a staff member to look at you. Not interested in anything but sales.

always good experiences with optus. Have had my phone plan with them for 2 years now and i wouldn't change for the world. If i have a problem they listen to me then try to help me the best they can and are always polite and well communicative.

optus is ok / service is overseas people that i have trouble understanding / phone range is good/ though they try and push things you don't wont

This business seems to always have loads of staff in its stores and they are all always more than willing to help you find the deal for you. I have been with this service provider for over 5 years and I believe they are the best out there and I would recommend them to everyone!
