I also wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I has been 3.5 weeks since my order was placed and still nothing, no communication other than the original confirmation of my order, but nothing else at all. I tried to access their website this morning and it is "unavailable due to maintenance". I have emailed them and hope they reply soon. Some type of communication from them would have helped.

Shopped twice with Organics Australia Online. First order waited two weeks than received an email partially refunding order, There was no explanation of what product they were refunding nor why it had taken two weeks for them to work this out. I received an explanation only after I contacted them, but it didn't justify why it had taken so long. Rest of order was fulfilled and received good about 3 weeks after intial order.
On my second order, I have waited two weeks again, only receiving a notice of items being despatched right on the final day of the two weeks they ask for in their discalimer:
"Some products for your order may need to be specially ordered fresh, or made to order from our suppliers & producers. FOR THIS REASON, please allow up to 2 Weeks for dispatch."
(note: 2 weeks to dispatch NOT delivery)
This attempt to lower customer expectation of anything resembling a fast turnaround is strange in an online world where most competitive suppliers have goods delivered to you within a few days, or at worst a week. If there truly are a number of products that will cause any delay to an order then they should state this clearly on the item description and at checkout. That way the customer can decide if they want their entire order delayed due to one or two products. It's not rocket science.
However their disclaimer does not explain why orders, like mine, that do not contain any such 'fresh' or 'made to order' products still take such an extraordinarily long time to dispatch. A more likely explanation for the horrendous delays would seem they do not actually stock most of the products they list (which is a questionable practice in itself) and their supply chain is extremely slow.
Organics Australia Online do list a good range of products, and many at lowers prices than most, and this lures the customers in. But the minimalist customer service and communication deflates any feeling of having had a positive shopping experience with them.

hmm...I always like to shop online with stores that have real people who have names, addresses and phone numbers. This one caught my eye, they do have the information they want to give out to consumers in their policy documents, but still...
Wished I came across this before I ordered. Items not received after more than 2 weeks - no phone number provided, had to email and eventually told they had no stock! They expect customers patience for up to 10 days for dispatch but did nothing to communicate the delay beyond that. Not impressed.
Excellent website for natural products. Postage turn around can be slow as order products in if needed but it says this on website. I regularly use OAO.
I recently placed an order for some health foods and body products including natural sunscreen. I found this website when I was looking for other sites to purchase natural products from and found this shop to have the best prices on the items that I wanted to purchase. The website was easy to navigate (although it looked a little outdated) and I was able to pay for my order using Paypal.
It did take about a week for my order to arrive, however the order was well packaged and all of the products arrived in perfect condition.
They offer free delivery for orders over $100 although I didn't spend enough to qualify. I cannot remember the exact postage rate that I had to pay but I think it was around about $8.

This is a great store. They had everything I wanted in one place and I got my order in one piece. I could also choose any payment option I wanted and didn't need to join up. Highly recommend this store.

I ordered three different medicines and something went wrong with the order. I couldn't check what I'd ordered but trusted the process and there's no phone number to call. Instead I got three bottles of something completely different. I wrote to them nicely and they got very antsy with me and refused to do anything about it. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. There customer service is non existent. They were also really slow. Try somewhere else.

A check of our records found that the customer actually ordered the incorrect products, but attempted to blame us for the error. We did offer a return of the products for a refund.
Great customer service, trustworthy check out system. Quick delivery and original products. Always happy to return again.
