I had a half head of foils done here (blonde) and was moderately happy with the result. My hair came up reasonably well but for the price I expected it to be fabulous (The price was more than they originally quoted). The staff had attitudes and were not particularly friendly

The worst haircut I've ever had, and they have the nerve to charge you $85!! Obviously poorly trained hairdressers. Take your money elsewhere do not go to this salon. No haircut is worth $85 let alone a haircut which needs to be re-done from someone else. I will not return to the salon.

I was keen to spend the money required to get a quality new cut and colour. Specifically booked in with senior stylist and colorist. Very disappointed. Stylist spent maybe 2 secs talking about what I wanted and it was only after the cut that realized he had totally misunderstood what little I had said and given me the opposite. I also found a clump of hair at the back that he'd missed cutting. The colorist spent more time consulting again didn't provide what I'd asked for at all. I'm not that hard to please - this is the first time I've complained about a hairdresser!
