My 3.5 year old child who had NEVER done swimming classes before was put into a class with 3 other very confident and able swimmers. This was the first problem. He was then left alone to hold onto a rail with his back against the water, in a pool where he could not stand, while the teacher swam off with the other children in the class. She wasnt watching him, and she was too far away to have been able to get to him quick enough if he got into trouble. She was not even aware that he was crying and shaking in fear as he was left there to wait. The teacher and the staff that put him into that class knew he had never done swimming before. I truly believe he should not have been put into that class, and absolutely never have been left alone when he has no skills or confidence in the water! Angry with the whole experience. I would never recommend Eltham swimming school and I hope that who ever is reading this will seriously consider going elsewhere. Before this experience he loved the water (when swimming with us at pools/beach) He is now scared, has lost trust and doesnt want to go swimming. My plan now is to teach him myself and help build his confidence back up. Later down the track I may look into private lessons where I will make sure he gets treated with the respect he deserves as he learns to swim.

The staff I have experienced at greensborough are terrible! They don't know the correct company policies and have a bad attitude. Very rude. Bad experience

I have used this company for over a year, mainly because they are cheap, but I have had many issues with them. printing colours are often off, usually too green, but sometimes too blue. Very poor customer service, I bought x3 calendars and didn't realise all 3 had to be purchased at the same time. When I contacted the company via email to say the code isn't working they said I had to pay $ to get another coded issued. Then I said just print the calendar in your system another 2 times to make up my voucher and she said no. They are just so hard to deal with. She wouldnt put me through to management and there is no number to call and speak with anyone directly. Once I have used my existing vouchers they have lost me as a customer. I don't recomend! spend a bit more and you will get a better product with better customer service.

It use to be better, i think the standards have dropped. I found an insect in my lunch, not impressed. I won't be back.

I'm always impressed when I visit this Pharmacy. In particular I cannot speak highly enough about Keri who is always so lovely and approachable. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of healthcare and has been of great help to me

Ive never had a haircut here, but don't go for a shellac manicure. I found these ppl on the CND website, but they don't do the correct full shellac system and use old and no name products/lamps. it didn't even last 2 days and was very obvious it was something they just offer on the side. wish i knew this before booking.

I really like this place, its hard to find good a Japanese restaurant. its decked out really well and the food is very fresh. the prawn dumplings and soft shell crab sushi rolls are a must!

I love Harry's I visit around once a week, usually for breakfast and I'm always very happy. Staff are very friendly, and food is always hot and fresh. Fresh Juices are good and Coffee and chai lattes are yum. Great little local

I shop here every week and have always been very happy with the standard of service and quality of fresh fruit and veg. Highly recommend this business
