We had a blown heating element for our Blanco fan-forced oven and the technician came the next couple of days. He replaced the heating element in less thaqn 15 minutes, and he had all the right tools and parts with him. Very satisfied customer!

This tradie was quite rude & abrupt on the phone, which was not a good start. Then he not only missed his quoted 'time window' to arrive, he actually didn't show up AT ALL. No phone call, no explanation. I rang him, and got a voice mail which says he's "too busy" to take your call. He did not return my call until quite late the next morning, by which time I had found & booked someone else - someone that actually wanted the work. Never, ever, EVER again will I bother with this bloke.

The heating element in my oven died so Garry came out and replaced it. I was able to have a service call within 3 days of booking and he was punctual within the 2 hour booking window. Service was prompt and efficient so he didn't go over the 20 minute time included in the $99 call out/service fee. As my oven is a dinosaur it was nice to be able to have it repaired without having to go to the major expense of replacing it.

I was looking for a repairer to glue the inner glass door that came off the oven door. When an appointment was made, I was told the repairer would arrive between 10:30- 12:30. He came at 11:30 am. He knew immediately how to fit the problem; he also replace the oven light buib. He was in and out in 15 min. It was good to get an oven repair specialist as he had most of the parts in his van.
