I would definitely recommend OzSpy for your security cameras and spy gear. They do a great job and don't charge much

I was looking for a surveillance device for my business. When I visited the first time the service was reasonably good but the principal was out doing installations. I asked about their return policy and was told I could return faulty goods so long as I had the receipt. Back at the office, I opened the box and found the instructions were so small I needed a magnifying glass. The instructions didn't make sense and I couldn't get it to work. So back to the store the next business day and thankfully the principal was in. I explained my dilemma about the instructions being tiny and the unit not working as the instructions said and he tested it out. He printed a proper set of instructions on A4 paper, showed me how to use it and apologised for the wrong instructions saying they had upgraded the product but had not upgraded the instructions. Back at the office, all is working well and has been since. It was great to get a good outcome, although the original sales person should have known to print off the proper instructions.

19/1/15 The surveillance product I previously purchased stopped working. I called OzSpy up on the phone and they asked me to bring it in so they can have a look at it which I did later that day. I was greeted warmly, I discussed what had happened, they tested it out briefly and then with no hesitation they gave me a replacement product because it was still under warranty and I was on my way within 10 minutes. It's so good to purchase from businesses that stand by and support their products and offer replacements where required.
