Maybe it was 5 stars years ago but I won't be back. Staff are ineffectual and the place needs a serious clean
It is no longer chic for staff to be rude and aloof, this place is stuck in the 80s and not in a good way
The bathroom has mould around the bath and the last persons dirty toothbrush on the sink, gross.
The pool is cold and not usable
This place needs to get a grip and understand just how average it is.

Went here for Breakfast Saturday. Service was amazing, and food was second to none. Some of the decor probably needs some updating, but I couldn't fault anything else at all. Thanks guys, awesome experience.

What can you say about this place but that it is amazing. Right from entry the place oozes quality and opulence. My wife and I have stayed here twice and loved it both times. Its the little touches like a free bath spa experience on our second stay and remembering who you are. The cabanas around their pool are amazing and their isn't much need to leave the pool during the day. The buffet restaurant is great however we didn't eat at their main restaurant. This is definitely a place to spoil yourself and your partner.

I went to Versace Hotel for a cuppa with my friends one night, where we each ordered a pot of tea and one piece of cake ($19) to try. The teapot sets were very classy (as expected) and the tea were of slightly-above-average quality. I think the cake was priced too high as it tasted like a normal chocolate mud-cake. Overall, a very pleasant place to have high tea looking over the beautiful garden while catching up with friends.

The versace should actually be considered 6-star, I've never seen a hotel of this quality before. My wife has had 2 work conferences here and as her husband I was able to attend with her. Let me tell you, the breakfasts are amazing. You know you are in true luxury when you walk into the foyer. Staff dieing to carry your bags for you. Beautiful water outside. Rooms that you'll kill to have. Normally I would not have the money to stay at a place like this, but luckily my wife's work conference allowed for a small discount and enough to ensure I was able to go. Alot of the celebrity's choose to stay at the Versace and when you see it, it's easy to see why. They also have a nice shopping complex nextdoor in Marina Mirage.

The best experience I have ever had in a hotel - The staff were wonderful, and the services provided (such as massages) were professional and relaxing. The rooms are exquisite, filled with Versace products (such as bedsheets and toiletries) which added a very nice touch to the experience. The pools weren't too crowed, and the heated towels waiting for you when you got out made you feel like royalty! I highly recommend anyone considering this hotel to go, you will not be dissapointed

we stayed here years ago and always remember the buffet breakfast we went ther again just for the buffet breakfast a great variety of cereals,hot and cold dishes,omletes they make to order and a relaxing atmosphere

I used to come here for high tea with my mother and the service was wonderful, the three tiered mini sandwhiches and sweets were lovely and we always had a wonderful time.

What a beautiful place to have a holiday. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was fantastic, rooms were clean, everyone was smily and friendly. You should definitely try it!
