The Receptionist on the front counter was very helpful and ablidging.
Dr. Michelle was very kind and caring, thorough and hardworking. She made us feel at ease and looked after Murphy with expert care.
She made him feel like a highly valued dog. He felt at ease.
Hannah was very kind and caring and thorough, in regards, to clipping his nails and removal of fur around Murphy's eyes.
Thank you for your outstanding service.
It is very much appreciated.

Wonderful team who do their best to make your visit worth the money! They’ve gotten to know our names and our cat and are just lovely. Our cat has some recurring issues and they always do what they can to make sure we don’t have to visit too often because of the expense. Just wonderful!!

I took my cat to the Para Hills Veterinary Clinic today. Poor puss had a very sore mouth and would not let me look to see if she had anything caught there. In no time the vet had her mouth open and identified an abscess and gave my cat a long acting antibiotic injection, with some pain killer.

I was very pleased with the vet's manner, she was quick and kind. She didn't poke and prod the sore area and decided an injection would be kinder than trying to get the cat to take tablets with a sore mouth.

Already my cat is looking better and beginning to eat. The cost of the visit and treatment was $141 and well worth it to see my cat already feeling a bit better.

Approximate cost: $141

A really good quality vet.
We used this vet for many years and have only had to find a new one as we have moved.
We saw them for many years with a couple of different dogs and they are great with different temperaments.

They don't muck around and are thorough and on the ball with what ever is going on.
They are what I would call averagely piced for a vet meaning that all vets seem expensive however I don't feel that this one inflates the price.

They were very kind and respectful when we had to have our dog put down.
A small clinic, it always feels warm and inviting.

I believe they also offer puppy playgroup and cat adoptions.

We just took our cat in to be washed (or shaved if need be) as he has had fleas that I just could not get rid of! He was due for his shots, so popped him in before work, and they rang me to tell me to grab him at 5.45 so I could meet with the vet to have a chat and they didn't need to shave OR sedate him - he happily submitted to be washed. They must be cat whisperers! The vet was friendly and we had a chat when we picked him up. I much prefer the smaller clinics than the big ones where the vets move around a lot - you can see the same vet this way. They could have easily sedated him and shaved him anyway and charged me more - but they didn't. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity shown.

I have two Maltese Shiatsu pups that had never been to vet and i wanted to get a check up on their health and get them both immunized.A male vet gave both my pups a thorough Check up and immunized them both quickly and talked and petted both dogs and gave them treats to eat. My dogs are both healthy and don't mind visiting the vet at all especially for their treats.

Approximate cost: $160

I have been taking my pets to the Para Hills vet for years. The vets are friendly and informative. The vet nurses are so caring and empathetic. It is obvious that all the staff have a great love for animals and their well being. Thank you.

Our maltese dog was due for her once a year checkup and we decided to take her to para hillls vet as that is the one that my mum and dad used to take their dogs to. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, we didn't have to wait to be seen by the vet. The vet talked us through everything that he was going to do and was very kind and gentle with our dog.

Approximate cost: $70
