Very, very impressed! I had some queries which were addressed quickly and with all the information I needed, which is rare for online business.

I was wary about the rewards, thinking it may be a scam, but I have received 2 wish cards now and used both with no issues.

My muffler fell off my car, it was rusted out and finally just fell off. I emailed Exhaust Plus Prospect that night and at 7:30 the next morning I received a call from Daryl (exhaust fixing super person!) who listened to exactly what the problem was and gave me a quote. I said I would organise money and call him back. At 1pm I called him, he said to bring my car in at 4pm, then he ordered the muffler I needed from the warehouse. When I got there the muffler had arrived and they were able to start on my car right away. I went to the shops with a friend and returned to pick up my car a little less than an hour later.

I am back on the road again only the day after my muffler fell off.

Pros - I appreciated that Daryl listened to me on the phone and was professional enough to ask the right questions so he could understand what happened and what was needed to fix it. I am very impressed with how quickly they could fit me in and with how friendly they are, I felt very much like their most welcome customer.

Cons - The end price was a bit above the original quote, but my car is old (1987) and the entire undercarriage is quite rusted and probably gave them extra work and probably needed all the rubber hangers etc., replaced.

All in all I am very happy with the end result and will be taking my car back there to get a fuel pump replaced and when the brakes need doing I will take the car there as well.

Yum!! I bought my first pie here in 1980 and I still stop by at every opportunity. While everything here is fresh and tasty, the spicy little meat pies instantly transport me back to childhood. Just stepping inside is enough to make my mouth water!

You can sell and buy books here at good prices. Their fantasy and sci-fi selections are pretty good. For a very small shop they manage to pack in a lot of books. I could easily spend an afternoon there selecting things to read.

I took my cat to the Para Hills Veterinary Clinic today. Poor puss had a very sore mouth and would not let me look to see if she had anything caught there. In no time the vet had her mouth open and identified an abscess and gave my cat a long acting antibiotic injection, with some pain killer.

I was very pleased with the vet's manner, she was quick and kind. She didn't poke and prod the sore area and decided an injection would be kinder than trying to get the cat to take tablets with a sore mouth.

Already my cat is looking better and beginning to eat. The cost of the visit and treatment was $141 and well worth it to see my cat already feeling a bit better.

I shop here regularly. The staff are great, they are super friendly and bend over backwards be helpful. The manager Catherine is one of the best supermarket managers I have met, and it shows in how nice the staff behave and how satisfied the customers are.

I love the fresh bakery area, all Woolworths have a bakery, but this one goes into overdrive, producing all sorts of yummies.

Recently they have started offering samples of things on sale, which is a nice touch.

The prices are reasonable and they have lots of specials which are just in their store. Their meat prices are terrific!

After being given what I feel was a massively inflated quote by O'Briens Glass on windscreen repair, I went to Supercheap Auto for a windscreen repair kit. The staff helped me find it right away and did not try to push me to buy anything else. I was even given tips on how to use the kit. My windscreen looks great now and you can barely see where the chips were.

This review is on a quote call only.

I have a friend who repairs windscreens, but who is away on holiday for another month. I have watched him do windscreen repairs.

I rang O'Briens the other day and asked for a quote on getting three small chips repaired. The girl on the phone told me that they cannot legally repair chips that are within a driver's field of vision, because they may be a distraction. I explained they are tiny chips and far smaller than water drops, dead bugs or bird droppings and I want to know how much for a repair. She finally gave me a quote of $300 and again tried to push me to get a new windscreen for $410.

I called my friend who said that is crazy, no one should be charging above $90 for three small chips. He recommended I go to Supercheap Auto and buy a windscreen repair kit. I got one for $35 and my chips are fixed.

This place has a massive selection of low cost items, much the same as you find in all cheap shops, just lots and lots of choice. Biggest range of cheap furniture I've seen and homewares. The service is pretty poor, but the value is great!

I tend to do a lot of my Xmas kids shopping here throughout the year. It is also one of the cheapest places for craft supplies, which is very handy for entertaining children.

We were very satisfied with our experience here. The food choices could have been more varied and the prices of the drinks was higher than expected, but the atmosphere was good.
