The staff were really friendly and attentive most of the trip. The night staff left a bit to be desired when a complaint was made. Heaps of tour groups coming to and from the accommodation at all hours of the night and woke us up whilst we were there. The rooms were adequate - clean and fresh but nothing flash, looked as though they needed renovating. The kids play pool area was great for the kids. The kids enjoyed the kids club on one night of their stay. I would maybe stay there again if I got a really good deal.

we went in october for 6 days and we found the rooms clean and comfortable, we had the interconnecting rooms, nothing flash but we didnt expect that as it is a kid friendly resort. the kids did the kids club twice in the evenings and loved them, loved the pools and especially loved it when pool activities by the staff were on. the buffet was good, but i wouldnt recommend going everynight as the food is mostle the same. with the exception of a couple of veriations. Its a great location, central to everything. We would stay again with the kids.

I stayed here with my 2 kids, one was a toddler and the other a baby, plus my mother was with us from UK. We had a family room which was awesome and huge. Everything you need is here at the resort. A little supermarket, resort shop, cafe, pizzeria, restuarant. I found the buffet well worth the value as kids eat free and there was lots of choice. They have a tour desk to book the fun parks and other tourist things. There is a courtesy bus and a bus stop right outside the resort. It could do with a bit of an upgrade but otherwise it is perfect for families and I would highly recommend and stay there again.

Great pool and kids club and the staff are pretty friendly. The kids park is awesome my daughter had so much fun there! Our room was a bit noisy and it could all do with a bit of an upgrade. Tbe dinner buffet isn't worth the money. But I would recommend for families with younger children for sure.

We loved it! The kids club there is great you can leave the kids to play in this kids wonderland and go off for a few hours to do some shopping.The kids had a ball and the staff had different activities for them to do each day.AND ITS FREE! We had dinner at Sinbads restaurant nearly every night,the all you can eat buffet is great,plenty to choose from.The staff at the courtesy desk were very friendly and would book your day trips for you. The rooms were cleaned daily.The only down side was we went in October when they were setting up for Indy car race, and the tour bus couldnt pick us up in front of resort when we were going home because of road closures and we had to walk 2 kms with 2 small children and our luggage to get our bus.NOT THE RESORTS FAULT. But dont go in October.

A fantastic place to stay for families, especially those with young kids. The free kids club is great, the "kids club room" area is heaps of fun for kids, and parents can have some time to relax. The pools are great, and the rooms aren't too bad either.

Fantastic family holiday, The building is old and is not luxury at all, but the family holiday concept is great. The free kids club aged 5 -12 is worth the accomodation fee. Lots of pools to swim in and a large swim spa. Friday nights are great with the polensian show and pool side BBQ.
