Had a really great time when we stayed very child friendly amazing family rooms, lots of activities, great friendly staff, close to main streets in surfers would definitely stay there again.

Was really happy when we stayed here. The staff always and helpful. They have a kids club which my kids loved because they got a meal too and it was cheap per child. The rooms were ammaculate and we had a great view also! They have a laundramat..which is so convienent. Their groccery shop is a bit overpriced but their is a local supermarket close ny. The pool area is magnificent. Slides entertainment etc.
Will definitely return.

We stayed at the Paradise resort last year and we were so happy with our week long stay. Unfortunately our daughter got extremely ill on the holiday so We spent 4 out of 5 days in hospital, but the staff at the resort were fantastic about it and would always make sure we were okay, and would always check in to see if there was anything they could do.

THE best local place we have stayed with the family (6 kids!!!)
The resort is designed with families in mind and therefore is VERY kid friendly. There is a HUGE water playground that reminded me of the Wet and Wild. There is Kids Club, fantastic advernture playgrounds; pool and spa areas; poolside cafe. But the most amazing thing was PLanet Chill - an inceskating rink. This place is insanely fun for the family. We stayed in the Resort Room Interconnecting room. It was the BEST!!!!

Stayed here over the break with friends booked in as well. They've got everything that you need on site including some really good restaurants. You can just lounge by the pool while the kids are at the kids club. It was sooo relaxing. Not cheap but what is at Surfers and at least you don't have to go looking for entertainment

We just got a normal hotel room with two queen beds for us and the kids and it was awesome. We didn't have to leave for anything, they have a restaurant with amazing food, a bar, a poolside cafe, and the kids club. The kids water play area is fantastic and the kids spent hours on thevslides. So much fun,

What a fantatsic place for kids, the pool area is great and the kids loved it. Only regret is that we never stayed longer.

this is a terrific place to holiday with the kids. really lovely pool laggon area and they also have a great lovely looking kids playground. they have the kids club to.

We would stay here again just for the kids, the pool area was fantastic, the outdoor play area was great too, they loved everything about staying here.

We stayed here for one week. The children loved the brightly coloured sleeping area- we stayed in the junior bunkhouse. Their adventure playground was just ok to be honest. However, the water area for swimming was fantastic. We did not utilise the kids club as the children wanted to 'hang out' with us the entire time.........Would go again once the children are a little older so that they do use the kids club and we could possibly get some 'down time'. It is a little bit of an expensive exercise by the time you pay for accommodation, kids club and eat out for dinner.
