Parramatta Motor Group service department don't know what they are doing. I've been reporting a problem with the brakes for around 9 months, they've looked at them at least 4 times, replaced the master cylinder, then, when I wrote a letter to the dealer principal, they tell me they had a Chrysler technician to look at it - but their own records show this is a lie. They now try and tell me it is normal because it is a diesel.... they expect me to believe that they have gone to all this trouble and it is normal for a diesel....how did they not know this 9 months ago?? Did they not notice it was a diesel? Weird that none of the other diesel vehicles we own do that...no, it's not normal
