Despite the mostly great and friendly staff, the atmosphere at this gym is not that great. Weights are never packed away and it is actually quite dangerous. Equipment is often out of order and in need of repair. Definitely room for improvement here.

Sports, remedial, relaxation - you name it, Alan can do it. Very professional, friendly and excellent value for money. Alan worked out all my muscle soreness and knots and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. The best massage I have ever had!

All the staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Service is great, and prices are very reasonable. They also have a rewards club where you can earn points on your services and use them towards payment. The salon also smells devine.

Great price, great gym, great people - friendly and helpful. Have every fitness class you could ever want, plus 2 weights areas, spin area and cardio equipment area. separate airconditioned aerobics room. oh and a boxing area, for boxercise!
