As a novice rider I found Riding Way to be very friendly, courteous, informative and helpful in every way. I checked out over half a dozen bike retailers and came back to Riding Way as they had answered all my queries most satisfactorily and I trusted that the bike that had been recommended to me would be the one best suited for my purposes.

Customer service spot on! Chose my bike "love my Malvern Stars" and was taken through the mechanics thoroughly. Bike was put together for me without hassle and with a few extra accessories - nothing was too much trouble! Helmet was fitted perfectly and later that day I took it for a good ride. I ran out of footpath and ended up cross country-ing. The bike performed well. I was covered in mud - the bike was covered in mud - it was messy but soooo much fun. My bike stands ready for another day. Thank you Riding Way - I certainly recommend you.

Visited the store today with a DHS client of mine who had a strict budget. My client liked a bike that was way out of his price range. After explaining the situation my client was given a very generous discount. It's heart warming to find a business that is not all about profit with community spirit :) fantastic service as well! Thank you for giving a kid something to smile about :) if anyone needs a bike, please spend your money here.

Terrific. I bought a new bike today, a Fitbike, love it already. Nothing wrong with it and I can tell this one is going to last a very long time. My favourite bike shop. Awesome service, nice guy. Couldn't think of a better store.
