Customer service spot on! Chose my bike "love my Malvern Stars" and was taken through the mechanics thoroughly. Bike was put together for me without hassle and with a few extra accessories - nothing was too much trouble! Helmet was fitted perfectly and later that day I took it for a good ride. I ran out of footpath and ended up cross country-ing. The bike performed well. I was covered in mud - the bike was covered in mud - it was messy but soooo much fun.
