We found this bike shop by chance while passing by. We purchased a bike after our second visit. The proprietor (Steve) was helpful, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. It was his demeanour that attracted us back to make our purchase. We are assuming that the level of service will be ongoing.

I went in to ask about getting a bike for my son. I didn't get any oversell or pressure (as I've had from some other shops), just the right information. The only "pressure" was after I went back the following week and bought the bike, Steve urged me to bring it back if there was anything which needed attention. "You've got 12 months worth of free servicing, make use of it". Now that is a refreshing attitude.

Steve always provides great service when either shopping or servicing bikes. Highly recommended!

In this e-world we live in it's great to have 'human' contact. Steve is a watch you get is what you see guy. His prices are reasonable, but what I like most about Riding Way is that you get the feeling that he gives a sh*^, is passionate about what he does.
