I used this service two years ago and the experience was amazing, fast forward to present day and I will never use this company again, absolutely no communication from them whats so ever.
Had to ring them to see if my furbaby had been picked up that was on the 31st july, then had to ring them to see when my dog would be delivered back to me 16th august. supposed to be getting delivered today. Its really emotional when you loose one of your furkids and your company has made it ten time worse.
I will never use or recommend your service to anyone.
Abolutley disgusted

When I lost my girl my first call was to Pets in peace. They were there within an hour and treated her with care and dignity also giving my other little dog a soft comfort toy which they ensured had Mahalia's scent on it. Their consideration and kindness made the whole loss so much easier to bear. Knowing my girl was in good hands and would be returned to me made a big difference. I would recommend their services to any one who has lost a precious family pet and sadly I will doubtless have to use them again some time in the future but will do so with every confidence. Thank you to Royce for your special understanding and help and for the care you gave my beautiful girl.

Sadly we had to put our sixteen year old beloved cocker spaniel to sleep yesterday. Gordon from Pets in Peace came to pick her up from our home. I just don't know how to thank this man enough he has a heart bigger than himself he gave our Lass so much respect and dignity. Every now and again you come across a company that really cares well this is one of them, Pets in Peace you can be very proud of the service you offer at this difficult time and the way you help ease the pain a little bit for that we thank you.
Regards Margaret & Alex.
Had to say Goodbye to my beautiful girl Willow who had been my world for 14 years. The decision was made very quickly outside of business hours.Martin and his team were there for me which helped me get through such a sad day. Awesome caring people, amazing service.
The entire experience of losing one of our beloved pets earlier in the year was softened by the Pets in Peace team. Simply wonderful service and communication provided dignity and care from total strangers who empathised with us in our loss. Highly recommended should the time come. Thank you Pets in Peace.
I, too, had a furbaby taken care of by Pets In Peace. They picked him up from the vet, were very kind to me, and rang me when he was ready to be collected. The certificate and lock of hair made me cry.
I will never forget the service they provided. I was so happy.

We lost our beautiful old Rotti, Winnie, almost three years ago, and Pets In Peace were recommended by Greencross Vets.
Within half an hour of our phonecall that Winnie was being put to sleep,a gentleman came to the vet, shook our hands, talked to us about what we wanted for our girl, and then he took her.
We got a call a few days later saying that our girl was ready to be picked up.
When we arrived, there was a lovely lady at reception who was expecting us, and who told us she had seen our girl and that she was beautiful. She handed us our urn, a certificate of cremation, and a lock of Winnie's hair for us to keep.
Absolutely brilliant.
Approximate cost: $400
they sound very caring
i have not had the privilage of using this service yet but going on what i have read in the reviews i will be bookmarking it on my web brouser so if and when i need it , i will have it , to be able to read such touching information has given me the insight to write this review and to know that they will look after my pet (maggot ) when he passes is very special thanks for you kind a sincere care for pets once they are passed away
The irony has not been lost on me that on 12 October I commented upon one of the WOMO reviews for this brilliant business and that 4 days later, on 16 October, the unfortunate circumstances arose where I was required to make use of their services. Whereas I had anticipated using Pets in Peace for the eventual cremation of my ageing dogs, I had no idea that it would be for my dear cat, Noodle, that they would be required.
Pets In Peace provide an incredibly professional and compassionate service. They collect your animal from the vets, or where ever else she/he is, and do whatever they can to support you during this very difficult time. Athough they don't pressure you to make hasty decisions, they nonetheless act pro-actively in attending to your pet's cremation. They have a wide variety of urns and wooden boxes for the storage of ashes, together with various memorial plagues and headstones. Upon collection of your pet you're given a Certificate of Cremation, another A4 document with a copy of your pet's paw print, and also a lock of hair. All of these items are presented in a lovely coloured folder, together with a faux red rose. You really know that you pet has been treated with the utmost of respect and you have a cherished lasting memorial of them.
The service provided by Pets In Peace far exceeded my expectations. I had a dear dog cremated in rural NSW 12 years ago and the service I received on that occasion just couldn't compare with Pets In Peace. I highly recommend their services.
Approximate cost: $370.00
I also used this company when I lost my mini foxy and it's comforting to know someone else recieved the same wonderful service I did.
“It was a daunting time for my siblings and I so it was wonderful to talk to Ada”…
