We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog which was heartbreaking. Everyone I dealt with while organising his cremation were so thoughtful, and caring and made me feel like he was being treated with love. The sympathy card, lock of fur and footprint, were thoughtful personal touches that brought tears to my eyes.

My Partner and I were very happy with the service they had given us after our pet dog had passed and a very good way to have a precious part of your family with you all of the time. It saves you digging a deep hole so that nothing digs them up. I would have fully done it again 6 days later if I was home when our other pet dog passed. I recommend Pets RIP to other people as they are very well dedicated with your grief and other things. The staff travel a far way to pick up your beloved pet and the staff are very nice and courteous and look after Well done Pets RIP.

There not much someone can do when you've lost your loved pet, but Pets RIP did all they could to provide their service with the utmost respect and care. Highly recommend them if you want a service that truely cares for you and the loved pet/friend you've lost

We tragically lost our gorgeous girl Penny at 18 months. Unfortunately we have used this service twice in 2 years. The staff were very caring and efficient. Penny was picked up from the vet at Kingaroy and returned there at a small cost.

we lost our Little Lady a chihuahua two weeks ago. i couldnt fault RIP, they were extremely compassionate and caring. I even received a phone call from them to ask if we would like to have our Lady cremated in her little bed which I thought was wonderful
