When I lost my beloved dog they did everything to help me when i didn't know what to do or think straight they made sure I was okay and promptly came and got her treated my dog and me with the up most respect and care .I don't know what I would have done without them her cremation was just so beautiful I can't recommend them enough will always be appreciative for their wonderful work i have another 3 dogs and sadly when their time comes I know they will be there for us.

Unfortunately I cannot say the same as all the others, having used Pets RIP once before, and thought would use again.

I had my order lost and no recollection of my order being placed, I have had issues that were made from nothing, i have had the information for the plaques just typed as they wanted, not as I had written and requested, told 2 weeks after submitting information that plaques would be too big, yet wasn't to be the case.

Told frames were already pre cut, which they are not, as well as the framing of certificates just sticky taped to the back of the of the backer board and not between matboard and backer board.

As well as no apology and posted out replacement plaques instead of delivering in person.

It has been 3 months and I'm still dealing with them to get it correct.

I cannot say that I will recommend them after this experience.

The most professional part has been from Ipswich office, and that was the day that he took my boy away.

Thankyou so much for the caring, sympathetic and professional service of bringing our baby back to us. She left us on Valentines day and got to come home on her birthday <3

I have just experienced the professionalism, thoughtfulness and care of Pets R.I.P. Toowoomba and Ipswich. This has been of the utmost comfort to me while grieving the sudden loss of our beautiful little dog. I could not recommend them more highly.

We lost our 13 year old Rottweiler, Xander two weeks ago and decided to take him to Pets R.I.P Toowoomba for his cremation.
