From our first contact with Vickie to make arrangements for our girl we knew she would be treated as a family member and not just as a pet, we felt the compassion and respect our Ellie-May would get. Vickie was in contact with us at every step. When we got Ellie-May home it was so beautiful to see the care that had gone into everything. We used this business when our pet Kahlua passed away and can honestly say the helped in every way they could . They treated her with every respect possible. I would recommend them to everybody.

Sue and the staff were very caring and considerate throughout the whole process. The photo box is perfect and I was very impressed with the accompanying card with Suki's paw print and some of her fur attached. The wording on the card is very appropriate. There was some problems with the transport people which delayed her return to me, but Pets R.I.P kept me in informed through the process. I would recommend them to anyone to take care of their beloved pet.

The price is amazing & cheaper than I expected. The quality of the products & urns/boxes is awesome. Their service could've been better, just that i didn't know when i was getting my baby back home,otherwise the staff were lovely & friendly & helpful,& they done a fantastic job doing up the memorial picture frame.They delivered to me & i could pay cash money.All in all we are very happy with the work they did,& for taking special care of our little girl Snowflake.
