Vickie, Kim and Ian could not have been more sympathetic and understanding during the terrible time of my losing Stella. I did not expect to meet with such kindness and efficiency. They kept in touch with me throughout the process of collecting Stella and her private cremation before discussing the numerous options open to me for her return. Ian was so amazingly kind when he brought Stella's ashes home in a beautiful urn with an inscribed tribute. Thank you so much for playing a big part in easing my grief. I cannot imagine any company providing a more compassionate service. Again, my very sincere thanks.

The service and professionalism and compassion from this company handling our dogs (Jack) cremation can only be described as second to none.

We recently lost our little dog Joey the service we received from pick up of Joey to his return was excellent the staff were so helpful and compassionate. We chose a picture box for Joey's resting place the box was beautifully
finished with his picture and plague. It was lovely they present you with a memorial card with his gold paw print and lock of hair with a little bow the effort they go to and the presentation shows just how compassionate they are with looking after our much loved pets. It gave us great comfort knowing our little boy was in safe hands with people that really care. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again
