The best Greek food in Melbourne! I've been several times and it's always consistently good. Whenever I have out of town guests I always take them here.

Had my birthday there recently and got the most expensive banquet called "Eat as we do" I think they are all on a diet as there was very little food and it seemed like every bit of food was counted to a minimum.. It was just above take away at best and very very disappointed. Apparently a special goats dish was cooked and we struggled to find the meat amongst all the bones We were shocked at how little food we got for what ended up costing just under $600. Sorry but lift your game guys as that was just not good enough for what we paid. Have been to lots of banquets and they are great as you get to try different food but that was not a feast and was very minimal. Probably the worst banquet I have had and most expensive I have paid for relative to what was served. I don't think that is how the Greeks eat. Maybe during the war

Approximate cost: $600

Came here for dinner with Fiance and Father, was looking for a greek restaurant that served more than just the usual. Had seen this place driving past and it looked nice, the reviews were good as well. After eating here I can say they were all correct. The food was AMAZING! The servings were huge and the specials board is where the magic is at. My fiance and I had the Roast baby goat and we couldnt finish it. The entres were Zuchinni flowers and meatballs and something else in a tomato sauce and all of it was delicious. The Wine menu has a lovely selection of Greek wines, organic as well and they are delicious too. I would eat here again at the drop of a hat. The food was so good, and I saw a number of greek diners so I can only guess that they feel the same. The waiters all speak greek and are knowledgeable about the menu and wines, it's really nice atmosphere and family orientated. Its cosy and it's a good spot to watch the life along mt alexander road. I was really wow'd by this dining experience.

Approximate cost: $30

My partner and i decided to for our 1 year just before heading to a gold class movie. The service was prompt and the food was tasty! we ordered the lamb banquet for two which was $55 a head. A little pricey but we were full. We would go back.

My husband and I splashed out and went here. It is pretty expensive and we were disappointed with what we got. We both ordered a lamb souvalaki, which was pretty much just chunks of lamb with potato and couscous. The lemon was so strong it was over kill. We wont be going back as it wasnt worth the $$$

Approximate cost: $25-30

The food is amazing, using really fresh Ingredients. The best dishes are on the specials menu, like the lamb and artichoke fricasse. The servings are HUGE so go with at least 4 people. It gets pretty busy so book ahead.
