$500 FOR WINDOW SCREENS THAT DONT FIT... DONT RECOMMEND FOR THE SINGLE LADIES, ANOTHER TRADE TO SCREW YOU OVER....! the installer was nice but that's it.

Brilliant service - installed 10 fly screens at my unit. I would thoroughly recommend the Company and the wonderful staff. They quoted and installed my screens in two weeks.

Used this company a couple of years ago for a double panther sliding security door and they were great. Due to the quality of this product and service I recently contacted them again to get a quote for a front "enclosure" to be built and was knocked over by the price. Unfortunately service was slow, taking 7 weeks to get product installed BUT I am happy with it so ended up being worth the wait. A big thank you to Tim for all his help and Enrico who did a great job installing the enclosure, he's very polite and professional. Unfortunately the owner Peter could do with some help with customer service as he is extremely rude so I would recommend others if you are going to deal with this company and need any advice/help ask for Tim and avoid Peter at all costs. Panther products they use are high quality and Phoenix can make items to custom fit where other company's say it can't be done.

Have delt with so many companies in regards to shower screens and glass balustrading. Phoenix are undeniably the best service, quality and value for money that I have come across. I have suggested and continue to suggest everyone to use Phoenix screens and safety rails.

Just moved into the new home and required a screen door, I could not be happier with the service and quality, dealing with Peter in the office was a breeze and could not have been happier with mark the installer, I would not hesitate to use them again and 100% recommend these guys

Phoenix installed my shower screens approx. 7yrs ago. No issues in this time other than mould that has appeared within the silicone. Being a polished bead, I was unsure if this could be easily replaced with a caulking gun or required professional replacement.
The person who initially took the call was polite but did not think that this type of silicone was still being used. The call was subsequently transferred to the boss.
Immediately defensive, I was informed that this rarely happens. Must be due to a lack of cleaning. The whole structure would need to be brought back to the factory.
As per the previous post, his approach was rude and belittling. I was simply asking for advice.
At least I found out that the beading will need to be replaced. I will , however, find another installer who understands customer service.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Such poor service from [redacted due to personal identifier]. I had to seek advice from Consumer Affairs Victoria due to poorly installed screens that [redacted due to personal identifier] would not rectify. It took him 3 months to replace them and that was after an ongoing battle on the phone with him. He insulted and belittled me almost every time I called. When I told him I would put a negative review online he said, "Go ahead!". So here it is [redacted due to personal identifier]!
Save yourself the stress and use another company.

Very unhappy with security screen door. The job was fully paid for and probably for this reason, the owner, who was extremely rude, was not interested in resolving the problems.

I had a whole house full of window fly wire screens custom made and fitted. Assessor turned up on time and order was made and fitted efficiently. No problems. Product looks good. I am going back to them for french door and sliding door screens.

We had two shower screens and a security door fitted to our property and found the service and product to be great

We paid the extra for one way mesh, which we did not get,
There is a 6 to 7 mm gap around the whole door and I rattles

Security doors, badly fitted and marked, measurements incorrect, forgotten parts on 2 occasions....Took over 2 months for them to install after numerous calls and on the fifth visit another measurement was wrong, the bolt lock was far too short...the installer was out of ideas....so, door has bolt fitted that is too short, so it is not a security door as it is not secure.!!.....Have finally run out of patience!!!! I generally ring a company and thank them for such an excellent Job as i have done in the past......Sorry to say...not this time though....

i had 7 flywire screen suplies a fitted to my windows 20 years ago from phoenix on reordering they replaced them with new ones at a discount very well fitted

I had Phoenix screen come out to measure and quote for a house lot of fly screens, the measurer showed up on time. When it came time for them to fit the screens the fitter realised that we were missing a screen and that it was not included in the quote he was very professional went back to the factory and got them to make one up on the spot... I was able to pick it up the next day, but, when we tried to fit the screen it was the wrong size so I rang the factory and the lady who answered the phone is FANTASTIC she rectified the problem straight away and within 5 mins I had the correct screen.
