The Piaf is located close to the South Bank Cinema which is convenient and easy to find. I was quite excited to try their menu when I was successful in making a booking there, as weekends are often fully booked as far as I know. Both my friend and I had a pasta meal there. The dish was well presented and tasted pretty good. I didn't feel satisfied though as the portion size was quite small and I paid $17 for it. I had to go elsewhere for a pretty big dessert to fulfill my appetite afterwards.

Tried Piaf for mothers day breakfast, the menu if french, location is great and the service was prompt.
Food was good, I would have preferred a different dish but the menu stated that they didn't do changes to menu items so I just stuck to the basic bacon, eggs & sour dough.

Whenever I'm seeing a show at QPAC, I always like to come to Piaf for dinner first. It's a great location which allows me to sit and watch the world go by. The menu is short, but constantly updating which means that I always have an excuse to keep visiting! There is always at least one vegetarian option which is really nice so I don't need to special order.

Staff are very knowledgable and attentive, able to answer any questions and constantly refilling your water glass.

Food is delicious. Portion sizes are just right for me, but my husband is a big eater and always needs to order a side as well. Price is reasonable - not fine dining level but affordable enough to not break the bank. For dinner, all mains are the same price, but prices vary for breakfast items.

A must visit!

Piaf is a great little french resturaunt witha seasonal menu and good wines. It is quite small so it's wise to make a reservation, but if you arrive and there are no tables available you can go enjoy a wine and some pre-apetisers across the walkway at the Sardine Tin until a table becomes available they even let us take our unfinished drinks across the walkway to Piaf for dinner.

I remember hearing that Sardine Tin and Piaf had the same owners. They are both delicious and the fact that Piaf is constantly updating the menu keeps me coming back many times.

Delectable french cuisine at very affordable prices in the heart of South Bank. 2 thumbs up, highly recommended!

Approximate cost: $20
