I was really happy with the products I ordered and received from Pink Frosting.
I didn't have much time up my sleeve and the customer service team were incredibly helpful in ensuring I had everything in time for my engagement party.
I really appreciated the flat rate shipping, however I was happy to opt for the express shipping as I didn't have much time.
The decorations arrived in the time I was promised and both my fiance and I were very happy with them.
The customer service team even talked me through how to make the pom pom decorations which was greatly appreciated.

I decided to give Pink Frosting another chance hoping that my bad experiences with them were just a chain of unfortunate events. I only ordered 4xpaper parasols(2of each colour)& 4xpacks of serviettes, NON OF THIS was personalised BUT it took over 4 months to receive them. The whole time, I was chasing them & the excuses kept changing. Not only that, half of the serviettes were the wrong colour & 1 parasol had a hole in it. By this stage, I was just so relieved to get them, that I really didn't want to be dealing with them anymore. So I didn't say anything. Well now(after giving these guys a 2nd chance), I am getting a terrible feeling of deja vu. It has been two&a half weeks now since my order was processed & so far, I have heard 2 different stories about what has happened to my order. Each time, someone says they will look into it & call me back...but they haven't. They also told told me I would definitely receive them before the 18th(oct). It's now the 21st(oct). I know it's only early days yet, but I don't have another 4 months to wait & this was an order they put a hurry on. I was really hoping that it was just a case of bad luck last time, but already Pink Frosting is proving to me that that is certainly not the case :(

Great range of products except that some are out of stock and staff are uncertain when they would come in. However, the staff are friendly and helpful and did everything they could to get me alternative products. If items are out of stock, it should say so on the ordering site.

I bought my wedding bombonieres from Pink Frosting. I was worried about spending $600 online but when I read the customer comments and reviews in magazines, I went ahead. They were very efficient - I got my parcel in just a week and was very happy with the quality of the products. I am going to order my parasols and bridesmaid gifts from them now too.

Amazing stuff!! everything I wanted and more , the staff were so friendly and the manager I spoke to help me find what I was looking for. I'm pretty sure the stuff that they sell is rare and is great quality. I cant stop telling people about this place.

I was excited to find this website and generally happy with most of the items I purchased for our wedding. I liked the variety and ideas they gave me for things I wouldn't have thought of. I did have to return an Isle runner as it didn't suit our needs and I think it could've been better represented in it's picture and description to avoid this. I was able to return it for a refund but had to pay the postage.

I love Pink Frosting. It has some really original products particularly great if you are hosting or attending a bridal or baby shower. There are a wide range of items so you can spend a little or a lot. Items arrived very quickly. Happy with their service.
