This restaurant really is for special occasions but I didn't know when I would be in tassy again So I had dinner here with a work colleague.

What spectacular views, the customer service and quality of our meals were exceptional. I will say expensive, but well worth every cent. The staff were very welcoming and the menu fabulous.

Will be returning with my wife in the near future.

We have been to the Point restaurant numerous times and will certainly keep going back. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Its great to watch them prepare a meal at your table Flambe prawns with Pernod, yellow curry sauce , coriander,mango chutney, coconut cream bavarios and tumeric rice yummm.The view is great ,360 degrees of Hobart and surrounds what more can you ask for. The prices are fair. All in all a great dining experience

After all these years this is still an amazing dining experience. The food is delicious and served with great professionalism. The view makes this an ideal place for a special night out or a great treat for overseas travellers.

This is a great place to take interstate visitors as you get a wonderful view of Hobart (revolving of course).
It is a fine dining restaurant so the service and food is 5 star - as are the prices. Some food, such as steaks, you can get just as nice but cheaper at other establishments. However you are paying for the view and the fantastic service.

We went to the Point for a special occasion and we both loved it. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the staff were lovely, very attentive, professional, efficient and friendly. Menu was more expensive than most but was to be expected given the location, fantastic views and excellent service, and of course the meal which was divine. Decor was also nice and everything was clean and 'quality'.

I went to the Revolving restaurant for high tea on a Friday afterrnoon. The service was impeccable and the food was really delicious. It's quite nice overlooking the water and seeing the changing views while you eat. It is quite expensive to eat at the Revolving restaurant, but worth it for a special occassion.
