We had Pulbrook air come out and give us a quote for a ducted reverse cycle system (change over), we received 4 quotes from other Melbourne installers, however Pulbrook Air was the only company that took the time to actually look inside our roof and take photos which discovered we required a full duct renewal.

We would like to express our gratitude for their time spent and have to say the investment was worth outlaying for the additional amount.

I recently referred a friend to Pulbrook Air after using them before in my own house. Her split system had broken down and a local repair man had come out and charged her $300 for a service call and quoted to replace the unit for approx $5000.00. She contacted Pulbrook and had someone look at the system that day. The quote was half the price and the installation was carried out the following day. She was so happy that I recommended Pulbrook to her!

I had 4 quotes and It seemed that the air con industry was full of muppets! (or just cheesy sales reps) the last of my quotes to come out was Pulbrook air and I was pleasantly surprised by the young fellas knowledge and willingness to go that extra mile to get my business. (They came after hours aswell which no other company had offered.) After a lengthy discussion my partner we made the discision to go with Pulbrook air and they had the system installed within 3 Days. The trades people were prompt and friendly. During the installation they had put down sheets so when they were cutting the plaster dust was kept to a minimum. All in all I'm very happy and thank you Pulbrook I will be passing on your number!

Im new to reviewing online but felt obliged to do so after receiving such a fast and brilliant service! Our sales rep Marty was so nice and understanding of our need. We only had the one quote so I can't comment on pricing but after install we have zero complaints and would recommend to anyone!

Don't waste your time with these guys unless you have spare time to sit around and wait for them to show up when they want to. Terrible customer service, we made arrangement to three times only to have them re-arrange with no appropriate warning.
