So about a month ago I contact Pureprofile staff as I got less and less surveys.
They stated there was nothing wrong my account and I haven't done anything wrong at all and gave me credit of $5 for techinical issues.
Then I kept having survey issues, so as I have multiple email addresses, I sent off enquiries, to which then Pureprofile then locked my account and said you have multiple accounts, which I didn't....
So then they launched an investigation into my profile.
Guess what I didn't have multiple profiles, but they forced me to supply PhotoID to prove that.
Then they said I abused the bring a buddy system, yet I brought them a legit referral of my mother, but claim I abused the terms of conditions, which I didn't..... That's another thing they got wrong.
Then all of a sudden today they ban my account, say stop putting up bad reviews, which I'm entitled too, which is a breach of their company apparently, then fully banned me making a new account.
So Pureprofile is one of the worst survey sites ever.

They're actually really good. So far I've been paid $80 of the $240 they owe me. I did $200 worth of surveys in November alone. It took almost a month to get paid but I did get paid into my bank account. I cash out $20 at a time. So far so good. Really happy with it. Some days I do $20/day in surveys.

I share the same feedback as many. It’s seems like a scam site. You spend a long time completing surveys for peanuts and when it time to be paid, account is blocked. My account was unblocked post sending ID. When I went to redeem, it got blocked again therefore something is clearly not right. If payment is not being made, I wonder who is pocketing the money that they received from the research companies! Perhaps the CEO and execs are running a scam site? Who knows but something smells off.

I have joined pure profile however I have done a lot of surveys when it come to over $20 they will suspend your profile for technical reasons when u try to contact them they will say you have multiple accounts that’s against our policy then they will ask your ID proof and address to they can sell to third party BEWARE DON’T RISk it not worth it

tried to redeem a reward. Three weeks and I still haven’t received the reward even though the money has been deducted from my total in the app. I have contacted them multiple times, once I got told they had no record of me redeeming a reward, I sent them a screenshot of the transactions and got no reply. The second time they said they had manually refunded my account - they hadn’t. Since then they’ve just not responded. Absolute scam

I do enjoy participating in surveys and being paid for it. Pureprofile pay very well for surveys compared to others. I redeemed $25 to be deposited into my back account in less than a few weeks, the only disappointing thing about Pureprofile is how long it takes to be paid. I will not be receiving payment until the end of October, over a month away. If they could improve that, then this would be the perfect place to earn some extra money and have fun doing it.

Pureprofile is quite a good site where you can redeem for either Pay Pal, Cash or E-gift cards once you reach $50. The surveys are normally pretty interesting and there are a wide amount of different surveys to complete.

The only thing I don’t like about this site is that you can only redeem a total of $50 every 6 weeks.

I have been a member for about 3 months and I have been waiting for my first $50 redemption to be transferred to my bank account. I thought as their site is one of the top paying survey sites that their payout would be at least up to par to the other sites. But after reading reviews it looks like I'll be waiting for 30 business days which I personally think is too long. I've even been paid out faster by sites setup in the U.S and the big Toluna managed to transfer funds to my paypal in exactly 3 weeks. Even waiting for Toluna to transfer to my Paypal then Paypal to my bank account still is faster than Pureprofile! Anyway apart from the payout, PP does pay really well compared to other sites & does pay 10c if you're screened out. Unfortunately I noticed that in the beginning I was able to do many surveys and once I redeemed my first $50, it's been screening me out much more. However the surveys I have been eligible for have had great incentives including a current one that I'm doing where I get to test out some muesli bars! It's definitely a good idea to login manually throughout the day as like other reviewer's have mentioned they don't email you as often when new surveys are available. Lastly I've managed to already accumulate enough for another redemption however I must wait another 2 months which is dissapointing. If it was just 30 days then I should be receiving the funds next week, however as it's 30 business days - I won't see anything for at least another 2 wks!! So I will give PP a better rating once I've confirmed my first payment from them as it looks like people have come across issues with PP delaying payment due to reasons like incorrect bank details that I find a little suspect..

Have been with Pureprofile for nearly a year, they havd been excellent until approximately 6 weeks ago when I started getting screened out of all surveys. Also no matter how quickly i accept to complete a survey (the quickest being only 3 minutes) I was screened out due to quota being full. It is now just too hard to complete enough surveys to earn the $25 (minimum amount you can request) when you earn only 10c a survey. I have just closed my account.

Its hard being able to earn much. Because i'm always being screened out, sure i earn 10 cents each time. But I am getting sick of this, screen out thing. "We will give you surveys that best suite your profile" apparently not for me. Please fix the problem of getting screened out. Im new to this so if you're wondering if this is legit check it out yourself.
