Mark and his co-worker did an excellent job last Monday. They took good care of the furniture and explained all details. They were friendly, helpful and polite. I recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Really bad experience! It wasn't "quick and easy" at all. It was the opposite!
1. Removalist took more than 9 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment removal (only 15 minutes travel distance between apartments).
2. A bill of $1250 dollars as a result of lack of appropriate equipment (dollies, ect). Only 1 trolley making the moving really slow.
3. Removalist didn't arrive on time and charged an extra half and hour fee for only 10 minutes at the end.
4. The guys were slow and looking to the mobile phone instead of doing the work efficiently and fast.
5. Due to the lack of trolleys and dollies, one mattress was left dirty as it was rubbered on the floor instead of being carried appropietly.
7. Removalist nearly break one luggage
8. Removalist removed the bed wheels and lost some of them.
8. And the list goes on...

Think twice before hiring them!!!

Watch out for hidden costs, misleading information, misquotes and extremely poor customer support. Taking Quick and easy to fair trading!!

We booked a premium service with these guys for our interstate move from Sydney to Gold Coast this week. Although few expensive items were damaged, and being pressured to pay the balance for the move in cash to the drivers rather than using card or transfer, overall i cant fault the removalist guys. However an important item was left behind due to limited capacity on their largest truck. This wasnt thought to be a huge problem by us on the day as quick and easy had initially quoted/confirmed a price for additional items going on a backload service. On the day, we tried to call Quick and easy on the emergency number several times to look at our options. No answer and no call back. The driver was able to get a hold of someone on what appeared to be a private number, however we still got no call back from anyone. It took 2 days of chasing them to finally get a hold of someone, only to be told they were NOT going to honour their initial quote and they wanted us to pay 5 TIMES THE PRICE QUOTED!!! Attempts to resolve the issue has failed as management seem more concerned with not accepting responsibility (although they [redacted] acknowledge[d] their wording in the written quote/confirmation/disclaimer was misleading although it was clear as day to us and would be to anyone else, how does anyone misunderstand a cost/figure???!!!), they also seemed more concerned with not losing an argument. Very unprofessional, dishonest and what appears to be an uneducated management team. When we told [redacted personal identifier] that we were going to fair trading, he pretty much said 'go for it, they wont do anything anyway'! The management team showed no conflict resolution skills and I don't believe they would survive in a business that relies on repeat clientele!!! Thank goodness we aren't moving again anytime soon cause i would NEVER use them again!

SLOW, DIFFICULT & UNPROFESSIONAL

Used Q&E for a move from Brisbane to a storage unit in Sydney... In short:
• They turned up late at 10pm at night and immediately told me that I had 15m3 more than I had paid for – a claim which I later proved to be false
• They loaded 2 items onto the van before one removalist decided he was 'exhausted' and did nothing for the rest of the move - I loaded most of my 3 bed house onto the van myself and it took nearly 4 hours to pack as the remaining removalist did not know how to pack the van.
• The 'exhausted' driver then took a shower in my home to 'freshen up' for the journey to Sydney!!
• Items were packed into the van and the storage unit with absolutely no care and I now have several damaged bits of furniture which they have declined to compensate me for

I was absolutely disgusted with the general lack of professionalism and would recommend giving this company a very wide berth!

Quick & Easy Removals are truly outstanding! I've moved with them 3 times over the last 4 months and from the moment you call to make the booking you are reassured the job will get done, on time and without the stress associated with moving. The guys are clean, efficient, reliable and careful and I'd like to especially mention Melinda, who truly demonstrated the most amazing customer service throughout my last 2 moves, going above and beyond to make them happen. I have no hesitation recommending Quick & Easy Removals, they are awesome.

From start to finish our move was brilliant with Quick and Easy! Booking was thorough and effcient and on the day, our co-ordinator [name removed] and his team were so professional. They called to give us an ETA, worked quickly and treated our furniture carefully. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys were so polite and helpful! We have moved 6 times in the past 5 years and this was the best move of the lot! They made it so easy on us and I will always use Q&E from now on :)

Top notch service. The booking was friendly and efficient. Packaging was delivered promptly. The guys were helpful, courteous and hard working. The overall move went without a hitch and with zero damage. As an added bonus, it was cheap as chips. I'd recommend Q&E to anyone and will definitely use them again.
