The best salon and service I have ever experienced in a lifetime of having extremely long hair!

The consistency of the outstanding skills and service offered by the friendly and knowledgeable staff of Raymond B means that I am always more than pleased with how stunning my hair looks when I walk out the door.

I have always had very long, strong hair which - prior to moving west - has been styled by some of Australia's biggest names in hairdressing. My hair has been featured in hair fashion shows and advertisements.

I first went into Raymond B salon a little over 11 years ago after having surgery and therefore unable to even wash my own hair.

I was very impressed by both the care taken of me and the hairdressing skill of the stylists as well as being so very happy with the 'pamperage' of having my hair done by these highly trained professionals. Impressed enough in fact, that it has become my one indulgence in life for the last 11 years - to go to Raymond B and have my hair done EVERY WEEK. I have never, ever been disappointed!

The service and quality of their work have always been first class with especial mentions for Elesha, Nicole & Tijan. Senior stylists whom I have also watched nurture and empower a number of young apprentices - some of whom have been able to go on and use the skills taught them by the fabulous people at Raymond B in their own businesses.

Under the current management of Tijan, I have every confidence that the already super impressive level of professionalism and breadth of skill offered to all customers will continue to evolve and expand as she and the other senior stylists pass their amazing skills on to their latest crop of lovely young apprentices.

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough!

I liked my hair cut the lady did amazing job with. She charged $50 for hair treatment which I think was bit harsh as it wasn't even applied properly n was for 10 min only. I would rate customer service 2/5. I asked the staff for a drink twice during my hair colour process... he kept saying ya I will bring it for you.

Great salon for colour & love that its organic but terrible in answering phones to make an appointment in the point cook salon. I have had to go elsewhere as I don't have time to keep calling. No option to leave a voicemail either.

Went to point cook salon. Worst hair cut ever. If u r male looking for hair cut then pplease don't go to this place. booked an appointment at 3 but had to wait 45 minutes for my turn. Advised hair stylist that I need a trim and not to cut it short. But didn't listen n cut it very short. When I complained she said it's looking nice, may be you r not used to it. Very rude. The price they charge it's not worth it.

I had a full head of foils, toner and blow wave done at Raymond B today. Megan did an exceptional job, not only was my hair amazing so was the price....I will definitely be a returning client. Thanks again!!

This week i visited raymond b hairdressing at sanctuary lakes. Im new to werribee and often use this website to scope out local business's. There was quite a few good reviews about this salon so decided to visit on a wednesday being the discounted day. Angela did my hair and it is absolutly the best cut and colour ive had. She listened to me and was very patient and calming during my consoltation as i have had some bad experiences with my hair and get very nervous. The salon is very welcoming and the other hair stylist also joined in our conversations and was lovely because most salons ive visited, the girls can be quite intimidating. So overall i highly recomend this salon, my hair turned out great, service is great and they make a nice latte' too

After searching the web for reviews on good hairdressers, I decided to try Raymond B because of all the wonderful reviews it had. What a mistake that was. I had half a head of foils with a colour in between, and a trim. A trim was not what i had asked for, I had asked for a cut, but due to the fact she was running late (it took her 3 1/2 hours to do my hair) to see another client, I guess she was rushed to finish my hair properly. She burnt my scalp with the hairdryer several times, and don't even get me started on the hair wash. That was torture! It was almost physically unbearable. And believe me when I say I know pain. I've given birth to 2 kids. And as if the whole experience wasn't bad enough, when I got home I found dye all over my face! She had dried my hair in such a way that my fringe had covered it, but once I pulled my hair back, I was horrified. I spent ages trying to get the dye off, and when I finally did, I had chemical burns on my face. When my sister saw me a day later she asked if I had dyed my hair myself! This was THE worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser. And for all that, it cost me $199 (even on a Monday when foils are cheaper.) I will NEVER be recommending this hairdresser to anyone.

As a male, going to a what appeared to be a predominately female hair dresser was a bit of a shock. Great people, friendly, excellent service, very good hair cut , although a little pricey for a guy.

I had my hair done a few weeks ago by a stylish called Naomi, and I have never been so happy before. I would recommend any1 to go see her and im sure all the staff there are great too. Thank you so much Naomi and Raymond b staff :-)
