Used The Services of Red Carpet Removals to move our commercial fridge from our Cafe in Elwood to be dropped at our new premises in Hampton. These Guys asked me for measurement before they came down, supplied me with a truck with a huge tail lifter and in 5 min had this huge fridge on the back of there truck. I was stressing out because the companies that came before them had no idea. 1 Company sent a truck down with a small tall lifter and the 2nd company sent a truck down with a slide on ramp "NO CLUE" They told me not to stress and that's exactly what i did. Thanks Guys could not have done it with you's.

We move at least once every 2 years due to work and choosing a Removals company is more scarier then actually relocating. By chance we found Red Carpet Removals on Twitter. It's not what they do but more like how they do it. Very grateful to the 3 guys who helped us move today. The 5 guys from Red Carpet Removals just left our Home with their 2 big trucks and honestly I couldn't wait to review them. Being a single mum of 3 and trying to relocate is a very scary task. If my ex husband had half the respect and attitude these guys have we would still be happily married lol. Sam & co CO pilots you guys really did your homework prior to our move, job well done. You guys are true gentlemen, you showed us respect and we really felt comfortable with you guys in our home for the best part of the day. We knew our move was going to be a difficult one because we were coming 3 stories down without lift access. Even though it wasn't a large move their was big pieces that had to come down. Out of the 4 companies we contacted Red Carpet Removals and they were the only ones who would come out and quote the job, all the companies we called were charging unreasonable hourly rates because the reckoned our St Kilda and Brunswick properties had difficult access and entry. Red Carpet Removals did the job and they were nothing but excellent. They did not complain about a single thing in and out in no time. Their original quote was 6-7 hours but it took them 5.5 hours but I was so impressed with these young gentlemen, we still payed them for the 7 hours. I personally rang to thank the company on the 9/4/2014 and we highly praised the gentlemen they sent us. Having review companies like WOMO is such a great idea.
