I just switched to them as my energy supplier and called to confirm a few details. I was greeted by a very helpful customer service rep after having a very unhelpful one just prior to my previous supplier she restored my faith and it was very comforting to realize I had made the right decision and that they could offer me the exact service I was after.

Red energy is quite good, I just really dislike the rising prices every month when I am continuously using less. prices are rising which makes me consider staying with red energy.

Very happy, I do a yearly budget based on past bills and since moving over to red the bills have come in considerable under budget! Last one was $250 less than the same bill a year ago!

I just signed up with red energy and the discounts they offer exceed any other energy provider. They were more than happy to do everything over the phone without fuss - but do a credit check so beware. They send you out a handy little moving pack too!

We were with them for Elec, then they ran and offered us a deal for gas as well. Then they followed up to check that the plans we were on suited us and adjusted them so we'd get he most savings.

Had some one come around one afternoon telling us about Red energy and we werent happy with who we were currently with so we thought we would give them a try, our bill actually ended up smaller and when we did have any problems they helped as much as possible

I wanted to do the environmental thing for all my utilities when I moved house. After looking into Vic suppliers, Red seemed best choice as they only offer renewable energy from hydro water. All the others talk about being Green but don't really offer it. (and if they do, you have to pay a LOT more!!!) Really annoyed me that there is lots of very misleading info. If you care about the environment you should check out Red. Seemed pretty friendly too, good service, it was easy to hook up...etc....

We switched to Red mostly because they offer a discount for paying your electricity bill on time, and the added bonus that whatever energy we use is being offset by them purchasing an equal amount of green energy. However, we've realised that their customer service is far superior to Origin, the other energy supplier we've had to deal with. Red's customer service staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and quick to reply - the longest I've ever been on hold is 15 minutes. I once left them a message and was called back within 10 minutes. When they made a mistake in our supply address at our old apartment, they immediately rectified the problem and gave us $50 in credit towards our next bill. They are our preferred electricity and gas supplier, and with good reason!
