I have a hit and miss experience with these guys. Sometimes they are so friendly and really old fashioned in their service, which is just lovely but other times I get a surly reception that doesn't impress at all. I really enjoy the gentleman who serves here, he is always consistently friendly. Thanks!

Moving back to Victoria and to Ballarat particularly, where we had never lived, I have been very happy with the decision and with the businesses and services I have found. One of these is the Redan Post Office which provides old fashioned customer service with a genuine smile and takes interest in you and your day. They have also been helpful in making recommendations around the area and have a well stocked business for all your postal requirements as well as gift ideas for adults and children.

I regularly pick up parcels or pay my bills here and the staff are just great! They are more then helpful.
They always have some bargains to browse while you wait :)

Great range of $1 cards. The staff are very helpful, better than most post office staff who want to get you out quickly. They assisted me with getting the cheapest post when I needed to buy an envelope and post some documents.

I have always enjoyed going to this post-office because the staff are really friendly and helpful. The small, dark haired lady who works there is very cheerful, I have never seen her with-out a smile. It's a pleasure to go there.
