Ron is a very good mechanic, honest and reliable, he goes out of his way to help in any way that he can. We have had our car repaired a couple of times and he's even lent us a car while ours was not going.
I was very happy when Aldi came to Ballarat . Their prices are much lower than other grocery stores and the quality is as good and some-times better. The stores are bright and clean, parking is easy and if you buy a token in the shop for the trolly, keep it on your key-ring and you won't need to look for money each time.
They have a great range of products to choose from. Always friendly, helpful staff.Prices are much lower than else-where and great quality as well. The shop is bright, clean and every-thing is easy to find.
Eureka Vets have cared for all our pets for 20 years. They are caring , compassionate and professional always. We have, sadly, needed to have several of our loved pets put to sleep over the years. The entire staff have been sympathetic and kind at these sad times even sending a beautifully worded sympathy card. I can't fault them.
I have always enjoyed going to this post-office because the staff are really friendly and helpful. The small, dark haired lady who works there is very cheerful, I have never seen her with-out a smile. It's a pleasure to go there.
I have been there for lunch several times and always had a good meal. I like the decor, 1930s? Good service, friendly staff and good value. There's a hot and cold self serve bar and plenty of sauces etc to choose from. Usually not too busy so a quiet atmosphere.
Approximate cost: $8.00
Very little customer service. Staff show little interest in helping with an enquiry, one staff member rarely gets up from his chair to serve. Not as much knowledge about items for sale as you would expect.
