I like the atmosphere and the way it has been refurbished in a way that suits the history of the hotel. It has a nice menu and a specials board and friendly service. I enjoyed a pre Christmas lunch here and chose a curry dish which was nicely presented and tasty.

We met our family here for lunch today. Lovely friendly hotel with a good menu and a good specials board. Tables well set out and a relaxed atmosphere. Variety of areas to enjoy with a bistro, beer garden, front bar and gaming area. We were in the bistro and were the last to leave the bistro area as we sat over our lunch which included dessert and coffee. There was no pressure to leave which was great. Enjoyed our afternoon.

Old hotel with welcoming modern interior. Very friendly staff and a good variety of items on menu. Sharing and tasting plates to the more substantial offerings. My chicken schnitzel was good and there are a choice of sauces as well. Mushroom was my choice. Good venue in all weathers

This hotel has many areas to enjoy. The bars, the beer garden with heating and cooling when appropriate, and a lovely bistro area. Well polished wood tables which are well set and a good menu to enjoy. I enjoyed the steak and the service was friendly and good. There is a car park at the rear and overall the hotel is very well presented.

Went on a really hot night and chose the tapas plate. Full of fresh tasty pieces and very enjoyable. The fans were on with a mist of water and made the night cool and enjoyable. Wine was great

Good layout incorporating beer garden with main venue and live music. The beer garden also has heating for winter and the big screens are easily visible from most areas of the venue, including the beer garden. I love the decor, very Sherwood Forest! The meals are good value and they don't skimp on size.

The staff are some of the nicest I've met. They are very friendly, helpful and attentive t the customers.

The perfect place to catch up with friends after work for a drink. It's perfect for winter get togethers as it has a warm and cozy atmosphere and a fireplace (I wonder if they'd let us roast marshmallows next time). The service is good, but can sometimes be a bitslow. But overall a great hotel.

Great pub food at better than pub food prices! Nice atmosphere and cozy environment but they could have had more staff on to serve.

I have been to the Robin hood on many occasions for parties, birthday's even weddings it is very versitle function space. They have several bar locations and private rooms with a fully licensed restaurant also. The food is tasty & delicious and well priced. Great location but car-park can be an issue.
