Eating once here was once too often and we will never be back. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

We did not have a reservation but the place was empty so getting ar table was not a problem, but they stuck us in a corner with stacked chairs. They then ignored us for ten minutes before two groups arrived, were seated, menus handed out and orders taken before they deemed us worthy to even get a menu. They then seemed to expect an instant order. We managed to pick a couple of things that appealed than had to wait 20 minutes for it to come out. This was enough time for another group to come in, order, and be served their food before ours came out.

It was not worth the wait and I am regretting that we just did not walk out. The meat (I assume that is what it was) in my dish felt like old boots and my wife pushed her noodles away after only a few bites. Clearly they did not want us there so we did not bother returning.
Seriously, avoid this place.

Food is reasonable tasty. However, the service is extremely poor with waiters having bad attitude towards customers, esp to Asians. Waiting time to order food takes a long long time despite not many customers in restaurant. I had make phone booking to buy and collect roast pork. I was very disappointed to find they have not put in order despite calling more than 20mins ago. I asked the waiter (Keng/Heng) why was that so and was given the response "do you still want it now?" This is the last chance I'm giving this restaurant. Wondering how can it survive with such poor service. Would only consider going if there is no available seat elsewhere as this place as big seating capacity.

Love the roast duck and roast pork here, so tasty and roasted to perfection. The roast duck is always crisp on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. The other chinese dishes such as sweet and sour pork are also yummy.

Every time I'm at Glen Waverley, I'll definitely pop into Rock Kung for some take-away. Rock Kung pretty much has the best roast pork! Juicy meat with a very crunchy crackling! Their food is reasonably priced and the best thing is they open till late. Do remember to try the roast pork when you're there.

I came to this chinese restaurant more than 5 times..

The quality of food: Love the food.. delicious! Me and my friends had the crab, chicken spareribs, barramundi fish and the crispy pork. Yummy!

The service: Do not expect too much for the service.. The is not that friendly.. with or without smile.. but the food arrived quite fast.

Value for money: it is cheap .. as in reasonable price!

Have been to this place many times and while with consistent service never ever expect a smile or friendliness here. The food itself is reasonably priced, had the combination roast pork and duck on rice which was adequate. No issues getting a table at 1pm on a Saturday arvo either.

Their food is good in terms of Chinese food. Price is reasonable. Only downfall is their service, their butcher and staff manning the roast area can be quite rude and arrogant. On a number of occasions, I've heard one of the butchers making perverted comments about girls he sees outside the window. Very unprofessional.

the duck is good but not the best obviously. the price is quite reasonable too. they seems always busy so the food is fresh.

The food is great, fresh and tasty! High quality ingredients are mostly used! The staff are also very accommodating and friendly!

Food taste good.. however service needs to be improved!!! Price is reasonable and variety of choices of food.. Although the service isn't impressed, however this place is always full especially Thursday-Sunday.. Book before you go!
