A little expensive. But its well worth it. You get what you pay for for. Great service professional vets. Clinic is always clean. They also run a puppy training club.

Best clinic is rowville. Also run a puppy school. Excellent well trained staff and clean facilitys. I will be going back. I would recommend to anyone living in the rowville area.

They're always so friendly there, and the vets are great with pets. We went to Puppy Pre School there, and its highly recommended if you want a well behaved puppy. The sell food there, as well as other accessories for pets.

We always feel very welcome when we come here, but that could be because we've spent enough there to put a child through private school! Jokes aside, we've been there for serious issues and they have been sensational. So caring and never in a rush.
I don't feel that they over service. They are probably not the cheapest, approx $55 for a standard consultation but you get what you pay for.
Great continuity with vets here, there is not a high turnover. We continued going here even after moving out of the local are.

These guys are the best! I find them thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and friendly (both the vets and the nursing staff). They take the time needed to get all the relevant information. We have taken both our puppies to their puppy pre school and found it very beneficial. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Am very happy with the service i received but these guys charge alot and found lots of extra things to charge for including blood test at $135 !! which i went with coz its better to be safe than sorry, they treated my puss like gold. I was the last of the day and what i didn't like was the way a male vet behaved towards a pregnant dog that was staying there. Albeit the dog wined and wimpered the entire time i was there but she may have been in pain. He claimed she was just being a sook from missing her owner, Nevertheless he was quite heartless taping the dog with his foot and telling her to stop that noise.I would never leave a pet overnight now i have seen that attitude.

Every time we visit the doctors here at this clinic we are always made to feel extremely welcomed, both humans and our pets. My dog just loves Dr Alison and has no problems having to spend the day there without me if need be.
