Ram came out to quote & measure immediately, and had the blinds installed within a week, we had thought it would be longer - so were very happy as it was an urgent job. Very professional, friendly & nothing was too much trouble. He arrived right on time each time as arranged. Couldn't recommend more highly. Ram was excellent. His pricing was very competitive and nothing was too much trouble. He was happy to to install our blinds in two "batches" almost twelve months apart because that suited us. He didn't charge for a second installation visit. He always arrived on time. The blinds are great and the service was superb!

Ram is both efficient and helpful! He's returned twice for minor fixes with no extra costs! When I offered to pay for the 3rd call out, he said :" It's OK, I like to keep my customers happy".

I have bought Sheer Elegance Blinds for many windows and the customer service has been excellent. I love all my blinds but when I had a problem with one blind my e-mail was answered the same day and the problem was resolved by the second day. Every person I have spoken to or corresponded with by e-mail with was extremely courteous and effective. I will definitely go back to Royal Crest Blinds when I need blinds again.

I can't recommend Ram enough! From the moment he came to my door (on time) to the moment he put up my shutters and Venetians, he worked diligently and professionally. Ram was able to point things out to me that other tradesman didn't or couldn't (I had 3 quotes done). As a result I got a superior result and was very, very happy with the outcome. His quote was very reasonable too and I got my shutters earlier that expected. What more could you ask in a tradesman!?

I was looking for an independant supplier in Melbourne because I previously had timeline and communication problems with a large supplier for my old house. I researched and found Royal Crest Blinds who responded very quickly with an appointment to measure up and quote. Price was fair and they offered a very good selection of all sorts of blinds. I chose 2 large Panel blind for the sliding doors and 13 black out rollers blinds for the bedrooms and family areas. Royal Crest Blinds stuck to the time lines for installation and workmanship was flawless. They will be my first port of call in future and I highly recommend them.

This company installed plantation shutters and blackout blinds in out newly renovated house. Ram, the manager, was personable, helpful and willing to assist the Customer (he came and installed afterhours when we were available!). He also was the most cost effective quote we received. Very happy with the results.

I needed double roller blinds installed - 14 separate pieces in total and it wasn't all that straightforward. Based on Womo reviews, I called Ram who called me back promptly and came out to measure and show me some options.
however, I wasn't sure about colour and had asked a colour consultant to help me. Ram was more than happy to wait for me to choose. he even organised to send sample rolls of the fabrics I was after.

When I finally decided on the colour and fabric, he gave me a quote straightaway and I believe all the blinds were made and fitted in 2 weeks!!

When he came to fit it, he was fast but thorough, happy to re-fit the blinds when I thought it wasn't quite straight enough and brought a great vibe.

Now that's a 5 star customer service experience.

As for the blinds - they look fantastic! The quality is great and his price is even better. I got 3 quotes and his was the best by far. But no compromise on the quality.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Royal Crest Blinds, and indeed asked Ram to measure some other windows before he left the house in order that Ann can send me another quote for some more matching blinds.

We had our blinds delivered 2 days before Christmas 2013 and we are extremely pleased with them. There was no hard selling by salesman Ram and we were given plenty of choice of fabric and styles and time to decide. They were fitted by Alan who was extremely professional and helpful.

Previously we had vertical blinds and now cannot believe how much more light and space we have. The fittings are so neat and unobtrusive. When the blinds are up they are hardly noticeable but when down they look so modern and stylish. We have already recommended your company to our friends.
