I called Chris because of all the positive reviews on Womo and I wasn't disappointed. He came within a week to give me a quote and I felt that he was really honest about his product and what it could do.

The best thing was that he could instal it that very day although I wasn't quite ready. So instead, he installed it the next day in 1.5 hours! Incredible.

Our kitchen was really dark before and for some of the day, it is shadowed by the 2nd storey. Chris did well to indicate how well he thought the skylight would work in the position it was in. So whilst it's not super bright the whole day, the solar bright skylight still pulls in quite a fair bit of light. So much so I no longer have to switch my light on any more. Before, I always had to have the lights on whenever I'm in the kitchen. And when there's direct sunlight, the kitchen is just a lovely place to be in.

Highly recommend contacting Chris if you're interested in getting a skylight.

I needed double roller blinds installed - 14 separate pieces in total and it wasn't all that straightforward. Based on Womo reviews, I called Ram who called me back promptly and came out to measure and show me some options.
however, I wasn't sure about colour and had asked a colour consultant to help me. Ram was more than happy to wait for me to choose. he even organised to send sample rolls of the fabrics I was after.

When I finally decided on the colour and fabric, he gave me a quote straightaway and I believe all the blinds were made and fitted in 2 weeks!!

When he came to fit it, he was fast but thorough, happy to re-fit the blinds when I thought it wasn't quite straight enough and brought a great vibe.

Now that's a 5 star customer service experience.

As for the blinds - they look fantastic! The quality is great and his price is even better. I got 3 quotes and his was the best by far. But no compromise on the quality.

My ducted aircon stopped working and I called Angel on a boiling hot day thinking that it would be days before he could make it. Instead he told me he could get there on the same day, gave me an estimated time and even called me when he knew he was going to be later than expected.

He went out and checked the system and before looking at it properly, he gave me a few scenarios of what it could be. Straightaway he knew what it was and fixed it. Then he came into the house to look at the system further and realised that I had a very dirty return air filter and cleaned it for me.

he was friendly and very informative about the system and how to maintain it.

By the end of it, I had an aircon working really well and keeping the house cool on a hot hot day. Seriously amazing service!
