Big thanks to Ken from S&K. Prompt communication regarding organisation of the installation for our new dishwasher and provided and friendly and professional service. Ken was kindly very considerate of our weird schedule and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for both us and him.

Ken arrived to deliver and install a new dishwasher. He was friendly, helpful and provided a quality service. The old machine was extracted and taken away. The new machine was installed in a professional manner, care over household furniture and the area was left spotless. There was a thorough handover to ensure the many features of the machine were understood. Would recommend Ken highly.

Ken was on time, professional and thorough in his work. We had some confusion with the communication because there were several people involved on our end (owner, realtor and me the lessee) but Ken handled the issues quickly and graciously and even took the time to walk me through all of the functions of my new dishwasher and how to keep it operating at it's best. Ken is what I call an old fashioned tradesman. Punctual ,polite,very knowledgeable and competent. My dishwasher installation posed a few problems that he dealt with in his stride.i highly recommend this company if you want a job completed to the highest standard
